The start of a conference at the top of the Ark III battlestation, the head of the Admiralty Board. The conference was called as soon as the TES Imperatrix the flagship of Grand Admiral Ritzal docked at the military staging point. A large circular room the upper edges windows looking out into the void, and Triaxis below them. The Admiralty boards seating all raised high above the floor almost floating, with Grand Admiral Ritz's seat slightly higher in the circular formation of chairs. She spoke first a foremost as the head of the board.
"As you all know our goals in the greater Ancerious Galaxy are going far ahead of schedule. Most recently the crash in Natar, and the chain reaction afterwards has lead to a total collapse of the economy." She emphasized this by grabbing a floating hologram next to her, and throwing it towards the center of the room. Several floating green diagrams of the market crash, and muted news stories of many of the other nations. "I suggest a simple course of action. We mass buy as much Ancerium we can through Operations DCAB-100289 through DCAB 100300."
Interjecting was another Tranatonian. Leaning forward. He was more bulky than the Average Tranatonian his voice carrying throughout the room. Lord Admiral Tralei the traditionalist of the board. "Unless this is put into more ships you do not have my support Ritzal." Immediately afterwards Lord Admiral Nox the academic, and most relevantly the Admiral who dealt with the supply lines. "Furthermore this is a risk to our secrecy! While this is no doubt lucrative, it will risk our operatives more than I am comfortable with." Lord Admiral Rakkan most distinctive by his blue eyes, instead of green spoke firmly. "You have my support so long as a portion of the resources are sent to my power base." Green eyes from Lord Admiral Ritz glared at Rakkan, disapproving eyes. Such selfishness was unbecoming of an Admiral of the board. The three last members Lord Admiral Kresh, Tuxur, and Yarrax all firmly said yes.
The Grand Admiral leaned back in her seat with a loud sigh, putting her clawed hand to her chin. She finally leaned forward and spoke firmly. "Lord Admiral Tralei I assure you I will support your fleet, as long as you stay out of my Ancerious based operations. Agreed? Good. Lord Admiral Rakkan your selfishness is deplorable, but I want this done now, and not have to come to a lengthy compromise. Your request is also granted. Lord Admiral Nox as we now have a majority vote your concerns are noted, but otherwise inconsequential. This will not reveal us. I will set out tomorrow at 0500 to oversee the operation personally." The Grand Admiral stood the 7 seats of the Admiralty board lowering. Lord Admiral Ritz walked past but grabbed the shoulder of Lord Admiral Yarrax. Pulling him in as she muttered quietly "Put as much attention as you can on Rakkan." With that the TES Imperatrix would set out the next morning bound for the wider galaxy.

The various holoscreens along the Ark III, and the Ancerious bound fleet mustering flickered to life with the view of a black scaled tranatonian man "Welcome to TMI Tranatonian Military Information. The Admiralty Board has just issued a new operation. Operation Gaelon, Ritzal's First Fleet is Ancerious bound once again, and she'll be departing by the morning and volunteers are welcome to join the force of the Revenant-Class Imperatrix, 8 Furtum-Corvettes, 2 Kaldroth Light Cruiser, and 2 Caldron Heavy Cruisers. The goal of this operation is to allow our operatives in the many dummy organizations to mass buy Ancerium after the recent market crash in the wider galaxy we spoke of yesterday. Our fleet will work on extraction, and fill up the Imperatrix. We will continue this operation until the market recovers."
