Thus, what is of supreme importance in war is to attack the enemy's strategy.

The council of the temporian dynasty held their council in tight regard for things around the universe, keeping their watch over the events and timelines that transpired below them, for while fate and time had its Ministers, they acted as it’s silent Administrators, and it’s caretakers. Repairing timelines as best they could where others had changed them.
Yet now, as they looked over the Projection of a single galaxy within their council chamber, kept distant from things in a small pocket dimension in a space outside of time. They saw now that the role that they had occupied sense the earliest eras of time, a difference to them of mere months or years, that the ways of things were soon to take a negative turn, in at least one or more of the timelines.
Had it been of a natural movement of events, of an end of a cycle, or of a war between two powerful non-temporal races. They might have overlooked it. Such things do happen, were happening, and had happened before.
Empires rose to greatness, Meet either their apex, or equal enemy at the top. Then began a slow or Rapid decent downward.
But these Ways were different, weren’t meant to occur. They had been instigated, by another empire, one that. Like them, Held the power and the side of time in their hands, and were actively using it for their own gains and Drives. Using it to hide themselves, at the cost of the extinction of countless races over the eras.
And such things never came without re-percussions.
“This Race…” one of them, sitting close to their center, known amongst the other members of the council as Centr Admiral Stolic spoke up, the voice of the old Time Caster carrying throughout the council chamber.
“The flux.” He stated. Pausing for a moment. “It is without assumption that we have all come to witness their Actions throughout Ancerious?” he asked, referring to the other members of the council sitting around him.
“The Flux…” several of the members murmured in their usual monotone “Ancerious…” they went on, before pausing as Stolic went on again.
“It would be further prudent to Take into observation, what these actions have been.” The Aging time-Caster led on. Turning his head towards the other councilmen.
“Actions…” the members murmered.
“Wars have erupted, Abuses of power have been enacted… pathogens have spread throughout worlds, Friction between factions have grown into fractures. All from their Actions with the timelines.” Stolic went on, his Voice growing slightly louder and more determined as he listed the actions of the Flux. making the occasional gesture with his hands to emphasize the situation.
“Fellow councilmen we cannot allow this to continue, We stood back from Exceion. Of that I restate that I still have my doubts about that action. Millions perished at the hands of an empire that otherwise would not have become hostile, and another Civilization found itself conqured by that same empire, all from the doings and persuasions of the Flux.” Stolic said. Clearly voicing an amount of frustration, several of the other Councilmen affirming support to his stance through murmers of agreement or nods of their heads. Others however, made clear their stance on not interfering with the situation, one of them speaking his part.
“To have interfered in exceion would have led to an all out Temporal war, Brother Stolic.” The timecaster, a woman spoke out with refreaned authority. He face creased with age, her white hair flowing down past her shoulders.
“War…” the other members murmered in agreement.
“We do not need to remind you of that.” The woman continued, her tone almost scolding towards the admiral.
“And yet we have also seen that war has come to ancerious and tenebrae none the less, and largely because of the contacts We’ve held with them over the eons.” Stolic countered, leaning forward in his chair to look at the woman. “The Flux known as Dorin has confirmed this on multiple occasions, they have assumed that the people of Tenebrae command us and have decided to persecute them for it. we know that. Yet we still stand for it?” he asked, looking from council member to council member, awaiting a response from them.
The council remained silent.
“Brother Stolic may have a point with what he says.” A voice spoke out, The councilmember’s turning their attention towards the speaker further in the center of the room.
“And we are to take actions of that level of risk based on a point, brother Camdem?” the woman spoke up, aiming her question to the councilmember who had spoken
“We are to take action to see that the timelines remain Stable, and it has become increasingly apparent, that as long as the council of Five and the Flux are left to their actions without opposition. They will not.” The councilmen known as camdem said sternly, responding to the woman’s quip with a glower.
“Look upon the timelines, even now they begin to unravel in the face of their movements. They call their interference necessary, but they are merely masking their efforts to keep the flow of things they way they like them to be.” He finished, nodding his head with a sense of solidity
“Brother Thotep.” The woman asked, directing her attention past the Councilmen who had spoken, speaking to the ancient, bronze skinned Temporian sitting in the center of them, apparently deep in his thoughts. “what are your thoughts on this?”
after a few anxious moments of silence, Thotep looked up, and spoke his thoughts.
“…The flux, Are an old race. Like us, They are of a temporal nature.
Yet, despite their age they have remained young and without maturity, they have faith yes, I have seen. But it is all they have known.”
they follow it so blindly and without question, that they have begun using it to justify the damage that they have caused to things, peoples that they have no authority with… do I agree with the idea of going to war with them brother Stolic? No, I do not agree with going to war with them. For the future for both our races will be a dark one if we do. However, Do I agree with the Reality that if we do not take action now, the consequences will be just as dire. Yes… I do.”
Again, the council found themselves in a state of silence at the CenTir Councilmen’s words.
“Spread the word amongst the people, Temporal war is soon to come to ancerious. Admiral Stolic, rally the Temporal’s and their fleet’s. Keep our presence hidden from Tenebrae and the other empires, The flux will take measures of an Extreame nature if they are discovered. But rest assured, wewill sit watch on their Recklessness no further…” Thotep said, his voice unwavering. There would be consequences for what he was doing. Entire worlds go to the dust in the face of the two Temporal empires clashes. But if they refused action any further, the consequences of leaving the flux to continue their actions freely would be far, far worse…
“Brother…” The woman spoke as Stolic Rose from his chair and took his leave of the chamber. “You know that they will take action. There will be repercussions to pay for playing a hand in all of this.”
“I do.” Thotep responded, his face set, his brows furrowed. “Just as I am aware that their council and their agents may very well be aware of this debate as we go about it, and will no doubt be ready for us…”

Elsewhere, across time and across galaxies, in different remote parts of the Ancerious galaxy, two Time drakes looked up suddenly at the exact moment the order was given.
One grinned widely at the turn of events, pleased with how things were turning out as he went back to his tracking in his darkened orrary chamber…
While another looked up at the stars with uncertainty, dread, and a renewed sense of urgency, quickly going back to his efforts to locate who the first was hunting, taking off at a sprint down the street he was on…
