Three worlds were in the hands of the UWA. However, their recent expansion efforts were beginning to bear fruit. Frontier and observation stations were being set up in various sectors close to Satembi and Veneshia, the true frontier worlds of the Union.
For now, more and more traffic from foreigners was coming into the sensors of the civilian monitors stationed close to the borders. Alerted and cautious of what was coming, a Syran Admiral named Gaya was sent out to meet the matter.
A Vaanitas 'Peacekeeping' fleet were the latest cluster of vessels passing the territory of the UWA, unbeknownst to them. Since the Davian conflict was all but wrapped up, bar a few insurgencies, the fleet was primarily for policing rather than combat...much to their dismay.
"Sir, we're picking up new energy signatures from near the Davian sector. Could be rebels. How should we proceed?" the sensors operator asked, turning to the command throne. There sat Rear Admiral Sakir Kadir who was currently drumming his fingers on the arm of the seat. "Alter course, head toward the signatures." he ordered and the fleet jumped several systems away from energy signature.
The signatures belonged to the ships under the command of Admiral Francisco. For now, he was a human with no augmentations or alien blood. A pure human born to humans. He was in command of a mixed fleet of destroyers and cruisers from his flagship, a great battle cruiser.
He was waiting for the visitors to come closer to him. He was there after all at the orders of the High Command. Hopefully it will be peaceful not violent.
While he indeed would not be sure about them, he ordered one of his ships to let out a ping in order to alert the nearby ships and their visitors to where they were followed by a message that stated that they were friendly.

“This is Rear Admiral Sakir Kadir of the 2nd Vaanitas Enforcement fleet. State your identity and reason for being in this area of space or you will be fired upon.” He ordered as his battlegroup assumed formation. The heavy cruisers and battleships took point whilst the transports bound for the Davian region kept back, guarded by cruisers and carriers.
The fleet of the UWA remained as they were. Weapons were disabled. Shields were down. The response was "This is Admiral Franco. I am in command of this fleet under the United Fleets of the United Worlds of Alondra. I came here because your ships have been causing increased traffic close to the borders of our faction."
He received this message with a scowl. Another new threat so close to their area of operation, not to mention close to their primary travel route was yet another factor command would have to consider.
“I have not heard of this ‘United Worlds of Alondra’, nor do we have record of a nation in this region. Are you a recent addition?” he questioned as the fleet scanned the UWA ships.
"We are. And you have come close to trespassing on our own territories. We do not seek conflict with you. But due to our own concerns, we wish to investigate you should that prove to be acceptable to you."
His scowl remained. "Investigate us? We are not within your jurisdiction, this is open space." He replied sternly.
"Even so. My mission stands. I am ordered to at least see you in person and confirm that you are not a threat to my country." Franco explained.
Kadir scoffed in response to this. "I'm afraid that you won't be. We've already wasted enough time here." He replied and the fleets FTL began charging. "I suggest you stay within your borders Admiral. This region is rather...volatile."
"I'd advise you not to leave yet." He said as his own ship began to charge up his own FTL. "I will not leave you alone until I am sure that you are confirmed as not harmful to us."
"if you pursue us then you shall be considered hostile and will be fired upon. This will be your only warning" Kadir gave as his fleet jumped to their next waypoint on the route to Davia
The Admiral said nothing as he sighed and simply did not attempt to follow them. They were to be left alone. But if they came too close to the UWA again...
"What a way then to greet newcomers to the galaxy then. Farewell."
The presence of this UWA was reported, though no route was changed because of it. They had not pursued and were assumed not worth the time.
