While Vibius enjoyed his work with the trainees, he had also had a longing to return to the frontlines. With the Meralis suing for peace, and the war slowing down, he knew that the Dectrose wouldn't be inactive for long. There was a history of violence, with the Dectrose, and the more peaceful ventures in this Ancerious galaxy didn't suit him well. So when Decoroso Command spoke to him about the situation with the Anointed, he was proud that they had chose him to meet with Admiral Eltan of the Accord to try and establish another ally to attack the RLDS Annointed and work on restoring the Anointed to their original state.
Meeting with his students, he gave them some words of wisdom, advice on combat and left to pack his things. If anything, the tone of Decoroso Command had when speaking to him meant they where ready to go, he thought it sounded premature, and that fighting such an adversary might need more preparation, but he'll have his say in the Admiralty Board soon enough. Once he had packed up and gathered his crew, he took his Dreadnaught, the 'Alaudae', and several cruisers and destroyers with him as he moved to the edge of the system.
He contacted the Accord, and let them know that he was coming to the Liepyis system, in order to speak to Admiral Eltan regarding a diplomatic and military venture the Dectrose would like to include the Accord in, and gave them information on his IFF and how many ships he was bringing for security purposes. The moment he turned off the comms, he ordered the small group to FTL, moving their way to Liepyis.
Liepyis, much like worlds that the aquatic-type races of the Accord favored, was a blue marble in the dark void of space. Surrounded in hundreds of heavy defense platforms and the thousand-strong 1st Ancerious Fleet, it was clear that this was not simply their colonial capital, it is also their greatest fortress in this galaxy.
Their comms blip the moment they enter the system, with a simple message. "Welcome to Liepyis, friends. Fleet Admiral Eltan is aboard his flagship, the Echochaser, and he wishes to meet with you there."
As Vibius glanced out at the planet from the displays of the RAVD nodes, he was reminded how beautiful the Accord's planets where. Though the large military force and fortifications where not overlooked, it was like a sapphire surrounded by heavy artillery, able to repel any assault that may befall it. Though as his fleet crept closer, he called in 'Rampage', the Destroyer that had trained under his command and was now ready for combat, to dock with his ship, standard procedure as the Dreadnought moved in range for shuttlecraft to the 'Echochaser'.
'Rampage' picked up Vibius and his guards, then moved to dock with Eltan's ship, slowly gliding along, following the instructions given to the captain as he gracefully slid into the position they wanted, and moved in to dock. Vibius picked up his comms "Fleet Admiral Vibius here, we are ready to dock and come aboard, I look forward to being in the company of loyal friends soon."
As the Rampage nears the much larger vessel it becomes evident that this is a cherished vessel of the navy, from its golden accents to its royal, deep-blue hue unlike the traditional flat navy-blue hue of the Accordite ships. Easily armed with over a hundred railguns protruding from the ship, almost artistically, as if someone had plucked an artist's masterwork into the real world.
The moment that Vibius enters the seven and a half kilometer dreadnought, it becomes evident that there must be some special occasion. Scarlet red carpet has been rolled out in the main corridors of the otherwise utilitarian, stoic themed vessel. Guards are equipped with ornately designed weapons and clad in ceremonial garb atop their usual power armor.
An ornately-clad officer steps before Vibius, snapping the man a crisp, practiced salute. "Welcome to the ANS Echochaser, Fleet Admiral Vibius. I am Commodore Ryslo, Sir Eltan's XO. A pleasure to have you aboard our fine vessel today. Pardon our dress, we are hosting some rather important guests today. Sir Eltan wished for you to meet them, sir--they are our nation's finest."
Vibious exited the destroyer with his deep-hued purple Admiralty uniform, a broad white trim along all of the edges as his medals and commendations lined the left side of his chest, each one polished to a mirror shine. A ceremonial spatha hung along his belt on the left side as well, a holster for a Hellgazer III pistol with ornate designs on it hung along his right side. His guard was moreso not as ornate, though their armor was clean and purple capes hung on their backs, with what appeared to be the highest-ranking guard replacing the purple cape with the Dectrothain flag. Four in total followed Vibius as he met with Commodore Ryslo.
"The pleasure is all mine, Commodore." Vibius returned the salute, formal and stiff, before placing his hands behind him in the small of his back "It's of no concern, I too bring very important and exciting news from the Dectrose Empire. I can say I greatly look forward to meeting some of Accord's finest members." Vibius unclasped his hand, keeping one behind him as he motioned for Ryslo to lead him and his guard on, maintaining that proud posture and formal attitude, though any sign of nervousness was not found on him, as he had to go though many events and battles to attain his rank, and he earned every part of it.
Commodore Ryslo escorts Vibius through the decorated halls to the mess hall, re-purposed for such an occasion. Immediately apparent is the throngs of high-ranking Accordites, including several war heroes. However, there are not merely military present; several businessmen are present, as well as medical personnel and scientists, all of high status within the nation. Of note is that roughly half of the guests present are actually present in the form of a hologram projected from a Roomba-like device that floats a few centimeters off the ground.
Fleet Admiral Eltan is easily discernible from the crowd even as the Commodore buzzes something on his wrist, which evidently catches his attention. Wrapping up a conversation with a Marshall, Eltan quickly makes a beeline for the Dectrothian. "Welcome to my ship, Fleet Admiral Vibius. I apologize for not alerting you of such an event; It was planned on rather short notice. Please, help yourself out to any refreshments, or otherwise request it from a serving-man. There's plenty to spare today," the Ubian speaks with a smile.
"I am grateful to be here among the Accord's elites today, Eltan." Vibius gave back a formal smile, and leaned in close to Eltan "I bring with me the interests of the Dectrose, we wish to strengthen our bond with several projects and an invitation, let me know when you are able to discuss this or when it is acceptable for me to announce such." Then leaned back into his formal posture, straight and rigid "But of course, allow us to enjoy our time before such business is discussed, I believe my guards will greatly appreciate the moment of respite. I have been training them quite hard for future battles with any enemy we may come across, better to spend sweat in training than blood in war, right?"
He looked back and signaled with his hand, and the guards relaxed in their posture, the Captain in the small group of guards reached towards his faceplate, removing such and attaching it to his side, the rest of the guards doing such as well to seem more relaxed and approachable, the Captain's augmented pupils glowed a dull orange, while the others shared similar but slightly different augmentations, seemingly for different purposes. They wheren't as close to Vibius, but within a lunge away if things went wrong, their armor catching any lights and shining on their polished and well-maintained powered suits.
From the crowd of men and women Vibius can already discern several members of military command, both for the navy and for the army. There were just as many who are decorated veterans of their Great War two decades prior, heroes tempered in fire and proven on the battlefield; living treasures of the Accord. However, just as many present are reputable science officers, master practitioners of medicine and mighty industrial leaders.
"Fleet Admiral Vibius, was it?" a massive Fleet Officer of a Ska'vari asks. His chiseled face and piercing gaze lends credence to his nickname of the 'Stone Wall'. "Fleet Admiral Vetos Falos Irving. This here is Marshall Bryce Callon Irving," the Fleet Admiral gestures to another Ska'vari, an army commander, joining the two. "Good 'eve, Fleet Admiral," Bryce nods. "I reckon our mercenary lads aren't causing your people any trouble?"
Giving a formal salute, he said "Fleet Admiral Vetos, your reputation precedes you, it's an honor to meet you." giving thought to Bryce's question, Vibius gave a light chuckle "They're actually assiting greatly in the Corsairs and other aspects of the Dectrothian Military, we're honored to have them as a part of our empire, and with leadership like you, only greater battles and victories are ahead." He paused, and watched his own men gather drinks and refreshments of all sorts, trying out the new things, experiencing the culture. "It's very good to have friends such as the Accord, we seem to share many aspects when it comes to our military forces, and our ideologies, a rare occurrence I'd say.
His eyes glowed a dull orange, as his AVD augmented eyes reported news of an incident on Kaikoma, but he dismissed it for the moment, he was here on other business, besides, several Admirals where stationed on Kaikoma, things should be fine.
Bryce chuckles at Vibius's remark. "With the rather diverse spectrum of this new galaxy, I couldn't agree with you more." He turns his eye back to Vibious, a sparkle in the bulky Ska'vari soldier's eye. "But surely you didn't come all this way to simply give words of praise, hm? I've heard from down the vinework that you've requested an audience with Sir Eltan for something rather major."
His smile slowly receded, as business came back to the forefront "Yes, I'm hoping the bond between our nations can be further strengthened by an alliance, but most importantly, Bohler has asked me to represent the Dectrose's newest project, a power bloc focused on economic gain and mutual protection from enemies. That's not to say that defense is all that we can do, there's still something I'd like to have a more private meeting about regarding our nations forming our stronger bonds through combat. One that I think the Accord would agree with." A concerned look swept across his face, more news from Kaikoma, it seems to be worsening there.
He looked to his guards, who where getting refreshments, and then back to Bryce "And speaking of Accord, would you care to introduce me to some of these fine people?"
"A power bloc proposal, huh..." Bryce ponders. "That wouldn't be a bad idea, though I've heard similar things coming from our other close ally, the Auraxii. The timing couldn't be any more convenient, though, as our Great Enemy has returned." Bryce grimaces at the thought, but quickly eases up. "Well, that's for another time. Come, I'd be honored to introduce my peers to you, and vice-versa."
The Marshall gestures for Vibious to follow as the Ska'vari enters the mass of people. He begins to gesture to the respective groups of people he's speaking of. "The men and women there, in the suits, are our industrial and corporate leaders. Koln Gellat Genoa, Kreia Cy'Tolgas Genoa, and Tergal Volsura Genoa. There, we have the Aurotux Sisters, Aurura, Jaine and Flanciandre. Over there, there's Major Dierkau Cryuze Irving, head of Sir Kyndon's Honor Guard speaking to our top ace, Madam Rieva Viscoi Irving, otherwise known as the 'Reaver'."
"Seems like the whitecoats are out of the room at the moment, though," Bryce remarks upon a look-around.
He gave a nod of acknowledgement when Bryce mentioned the Auraxii, he knew of them, but contact was limited, they wheren't a priority to the Dectrose at the moment, relations with them had also been on hold with current events. He then followed Bryce, shifting his gaze to the groups, and if they wished to salute or shake hands, he did so. Though he was more at home in the war room, he knew this was just as important, and he swore an oath of service to the Empire. Though the mention of an Ace stopped him momentarily.
"An ace you say? Would you know off hand how many confirmed kills she has? I'm sure Captain Dalibor Vladimir or Captain Louis Snyder would enjoy talking to a fellow ace, though as far as I know they're still on Decarth in our home galaxy."
Bryce thinks for a moment. "Six hundred ninety-three kills, if my memory serves correctly. Though, only nineteen of those were actual manned fighters. You'd be surprised--for such an advanced nation, none of us were initially expecting their unmanned interceptors to be so rubbish."
Vibius stopped for a moment, and looked incredulously before smirking "Snyder and Vladimir have some catching up to do then, but as far as unmanned craft, I have to agree. Those aren't very powerful given most situations. We mostly use them to scout out enemy forces and launch initial strikes before we throw in the main force." He quite enjoyed the company of Bryce, but he actively scanned the crowd, seeing if he could spot Eltan, but for now he followed Bryce.
"Oh, the Puppeteers deployed them in the billions," Bryce remarks. "For whatever reason they couldn't be bothered to deploy many of their manned fighters, which made our fighters feel like sea slugs. There were enough of 'em to block out the sky. It made for easy kills but the sheer density of enemies meant our casualties were equally high, at best." Bryce looks over to Rieva. "She's our only surviving ace whose status can be based off manned fighters alone. We had more but none else made it out of the war alive."
Vibius spies Eltan's for mingling with the industrialists. It seems they're discussing shipping topics and equipment.
"Puppeteers you say? I might like to read up on them if you're able to give me a history of them." He watched Eltan, before turning back to Bryce "As far as your ace's skills, I commend her for her talent, I'm certain she will inspire others by her example, but that reminds me of my purpose here of leading by example." He then turns to his guards "I teach these recruits along with Di'Ahla at Caeli's Military Training Center, when they step in they are green around the ears in their knowledge of any military tactics, but once they've passed though my teachings, they are ready for nearly anything. A student of mine even lead the forces on an assault on an Axiomatic Facility here in Ancerious."
Though his guards shared a look of concern amongst themselves, likely reading the reports of fighting on Kaikoma between some Dectrose Admirals, and an unknown woman. Vibius frowned as he read up on the update, and the concern flashed across his face, before he turned to Bryce "I apologize for my distraction, it would seem there is trouble on Kaikoma, but I'm aware Admiral Taylor and Timmer are present, so I have faith that they can handle it."
"I'll have one of my aides beam the data directly to your vessel, Fleet Admiral," Bryce nods. "As for your incident on Kaikoma, it's never a good thing to hear of friends suffering. Personally, I can only offer you my best wishes."
"Of course if you wish to speak to the lad Sir Eltan, don't let this old coot hold you up," the Field Marshall grins.
He nods slowly, pushing Kaikoma out of his mind for now, it was in good hands, there shouldn't be any cause for concern on Kaikoma. "Of course, it was a pleasure to meet you Bryce, and to meet the others you introduced to me, it was an honor" He saluted, and slipped free to move politely through the crowd to Eltan, waiting patiently until Eltan's attention went over him and he gave a salute "Sir Eltan, Fleet Admiral Vibius, of the Dectrose Empire."
Eltan waves off Vibius's display with a wide grin as many around them chuckle in laughter. "Come now, we're all friends here," the Ubian Fleet Admiral responds lightheartedly. "But I digress, I believe you had mentioned something to speak of? Perhaps, in confident?"
In the light-hearted atmosphere around Eltan, Vibius felt himself relax, it was the first time, in a very long time. He nodded and moved to shake the Ubian's hand, as well as to get closer "Yes, Eltan. I must say the Accord knows how to organize a party. I'm sure Captain Tarquin himself is enjoying the respite from my own training exercises, but I like to keep my men honed and sharp. And that sharpness is what I hope they'll maintain, is there a place we can go to discuss sensitive subjects, but still maintain an official record?"
Eltan nods. "But of course. Though, would you mind if I brought three of my confidants along? The confidants in question are Vetos, Bryce and Theatia." The man pauses for a moment and looks around at the party. "Speaking of Theatia, she isn't here. Where did that child go off to?"
"Madam Theatia? Did she not excuse herself to a barracks for a nap?" Vetos inquires, stepping into the conversation. "I told that lass she couldn't handle so much liquor, but as usual she didn't listen," the Ska'vari sighs, shaking his head.
"That's right, yes. Ryslo, could you please wake her up? Tell her that I requested her presence. Yes, even if she has a planet-cracking hangover," Eltan speaks to his XO before Ryslo hurries off down a corridor.
Looking at the three, Vibius gave a polite nod, and smiled again at Vetos and Bryce "We meet again, of course we wheren't gone that long now, have we?" he gave a chuckle, and turned to Eltan again "While we await Theatia's arrival, what other things have you been up to recently? Can't imagine they have you sitting behind a desk all day, every day. And how's your Psionics program going?"
Captain Tarquin was having a decent time, enjoying the drinks and food, until a command came across his processor to regroup back with Vibius, and he gathered the guards to meet back up with him, all the while rumors started to flood the Dectrose's Network, with the actual news trying to push them aside. Seemingly a Code Black Alert was called and the Military where moving to eliminate a threat.
"Rather, it has been rather eventful since my last meeting with your nations' representative," Eltan nods, though notably tiredly at the mere thought of it. "Some conquests of peoples that had yet to reach FTL, ensuring supply reaches the front lines on a timely manner, the incorporating of new subjects into the Accord, the re-drafting of almost three hundred constitutional laws..." The man sighs and ribs his temples. "Well, at least I wasn't stuck behind a desk," the man grins tiredly.
"Asides from that, the Psionics program is working well. We're moving forward with the first mass-produced canceller that can be used by all, not just those with psychic potential. I only know the barest of details--that's the job of the steelwrights."
From a side hallway an irritated-looking young woman comes forth, escorted by Commodore Ryslo. Dressed in the same uniform as Field Marshall Bryce, though scaled down to fit the smaller Ubian, she marches to Eltan immediately. "I was having a nice nap and dreaming about the clouds and then you come digging me out of bed half-smashed and half-asleep. Whaddya want?"
Giving a nod towards Eltan, Vibius gently placed his own augmented hand on the other's shoulder "Hopefully the inclusion of the Dectrose that wish to fight alongside the Accord haven't caused much trouble, but we've all had our time of sorting out dozens of things with little time to do so, if Di'Ahla where here she would undoubtedly agree." He nodded towards the guards now joining them "These men where green behind the ears when they came to Caeli, and I've proudly turned them into warriors. That alone takes both time and patience."
His attention shifted to the Ubian now joining them "Mistress Theatia, pleasure to meet you." He dipped his head respectively. "The Dectrose wish to strengthen the bond between us, by means of war and peace that will benefit both nations." He then turned to Eltan "After you."
"Dectrose, huh. Alright," Theatia remarks, somewhat flatly as Eltan leads the group to a private, richly decorated room. Bryce closes the door behind everyone once all of the people required are present. "I assure you this room has been soundproofed thrice-over. This is my own recreational chambers, you see," Eltan remarks sheepishly. "Now, what was it you wished to speak of, my fellow fleet admiral?
As Eltan made his remark about the soundproofing, Tarquin smirked a little, before the group rested on anything they could, looking relaxed, as Vibius flicked back a hand signal. Vibius himself looked slightly worried, but continued on "Yes, right to business. I would like to personally invite you to a bloc that we are forming, called the Free Defense Council. It is one solely focused on strengthening defensive operations, economic trade and bolstering trust and joint projects, like the one we have with you."
He handed Eltan a datapad that explained it further, in the FDC, both NAPs and MDPs where included from the start, as well as promises of further joint cooperation, economic stability, trading routes and secured Wormhole Gates that would combine several technologies of the member factions to have a secure mode of travel, as well as disallowing non-members from using such via IFF technology provided by the Dectrose. The FDC provided simple terms regarding the alliance, you may continue participation in any bloc you currently are allied with, as well as FDC. The FDC itself remaining completely neutral on the Galactic Stage, not itself allying with AGA or APP, but it's members can support either side.
In times of conflict, any FDC member can go either alone or with fellow FDC members, provided those members agree to such for any aggressive or offensive actions outside their territory. But all members are required to send aid, via political, military, taking in refugees or medical needs if a member's borders are attacked or are facing invasion. That said, members will not be asked to take offensive action against other blocs if that member is active in FDC and in the target bloc.
Though it expressed that the FDC is not meant to become a purely military bloc, and that the primary goal is for economic purposes and galactic stability in the ever-fluid stance in Ancerious involving the major powers."
Eltan reads through the documents as the other three leans in to read a little about all of it. Theatia immediately pipes up, "All right, but who's all going to be in this big coalition?"
Giving a slight smile, Vibius starts "Well, we currently have the Three Domains Alliance and ourselves as current members, if Morgan's report is anything of note, as well, we have sent out invitations to the Annoliddan Inquisition, Annointed Empire and ZYPHER, we also have our eyes on the Summer Court, to our north, and Grand Araxium Empire to our south. In all, we would look to have our bloc's influence in the west, north, east parts of the galaxy, as well as our major influence in the southeast part. I belie-" His eyes suddenly became glossed over, a dull, orange light emanating from them.
His expression frowned, and his muscles tensed, before his gaze returned, the the glow subsided. "I.. apologize for that.. I have just learned that the Dectrose's Main Trading Hub, Kaikoma, home to 14.5 Billion people, has just been completely destroyed by the Shade faction of the Annointed." He looked to his hand, itself shaking as he clenched it, and looked up to Eltan. "I personally knew some of the officers stationed there, and while some had the saving grace of having a cloning chip installed, I knew a few that didn't. As well as countless families of my recruits, some of whom are on my ship as we speak.." He gulped, his throat bulging out for a moment.
"That.. leads me to my next question, if the Accord would join the Dectrose, in an assault on the Shade faction of the Annointed's fleet, and rescuing Admiral Timmer, Admiral Taylor, Colonel Turney, and Corsair Commander Gavin, which I know some of you know from our joint psionics research at Test-Site Foxtrot One. I won't be angry or upset if you don't wish to commit your forces to a battle that an ally is having to wage, but I personally think it'd help to show solidarity between us."
Eltan's face darkens as the other three look to one another at this news. "It pains me to hear such a thing. It rings... rather too closely to our first reports when the Puppeteer Worldfleet showed up for the first time. We will send as much support as we can, though I'm afraid I'm not too sure if our weapons would be wholly effective against these enemies you speak of," Eltan replies.
"Unfortunately, the Accord as a whole cannot agree to any multi-power alliance in such a condition," Vetos speaks. "The Three Domains Alliance... the Annoliddan Inquisition, ZYPHER, and the Summer Court, we have never heard of until this moment. That is already half of this coalition, even if you were to include the Accord to that tally. I think I can speak on behalf of the four of us present, as well as the Accord as a whole, that there should be a sit-down meeting to discuss matters at length, as well as get to know who will be representing these foreign powers. and what these powers represent."
"I appreciate your honesty, both of you." Looking towards Eltan, he reassured him "As far as your weapons, do not worry, I doubt we'd leave you in the dark about the enemy capabilities. We will also likely employ the Oracle in an attempt to locate the Shade fleet, though such a search could be risky, and beckon the Shades to the Oracle. Tarquin can easily send you the full data we have on these Shades, and on the Oracle, as our friend, should you need it, just say the word."
His gaze shifted to answer Vetos now, giving a nod "I see, you don't wish to be reliant on those that are unknowns to you, I've given some thought into that, and Bohler should host a meeting with all the invitees at Lupus soon enough. Though we have taken some care to exclude those that would promote slavery and wanton destruction with glee, this bloc is to ensure stability, not to wage war with."
"The Oracle?" Eltan inquires. "What might it be? Dectrose's legendary sensor system?"
Vetos nods. "Thank you for the consideration. For something of this magnitude both Eltan and I would need to be present, lest our nation jumps to hasty conclusions once again, like before," the older Ska'vari sighs. Without doubt Bryce is older than the Fleet Admiral, but Vetos still outlives the two younger Ubians in the room.
Pulling out a datapad, Tarquin brought up all available data on the Shades, and the details of the Oracle, passing it to Eltan as Vibius chuckled "If it is already legendary, then we must be doing something right, though I confess that I personally would like to discover a way to conceal it's usage a little more. It works almost like a primitive 'lighthouse', and can effectively scan several systems and gather details on those systems."
He then nodded to Vetos "I know that feeling, unfortunately it wasn't what we thought it was, and we are no longer satisfied with this group any more. But such matters are depressing, last I seen, this is a time for more exciting and happy festivities for your nation. That's all the information I had to give to you for the moment, and I'll be sure to speak to you concerning the meeting for this bloc personally. Unless you gentlemen have something to ask of me?"
"Eh, I'm sure you've heard of the news of the Accord leaving the APP lately, so the feeling's mutual. Still, it's best to know what you're getting into before you put all your eggs in one basket, hmm?" Vetos asks curiously, though his eyes momentarily scan over Vibius inquisitively, but only momentarily.
Eltan simply nods as he ponders on the information. "So it's much like a very up-scaled piece of sonar. Does that mean that it is possible to 'shroud' something behind, say, an area brighter or denser than what can be pinged?"
Giving a knowing nod, Vibius acknowledges Vetos "It would be best not to rush, but in trying times, it helps to get things done quickly. Likely after my presence here is no longer required, I shall return to Bohler to begin the FDC meetings." Though upon asking of the Oracle, He answers this question with ease "Yes, the nature of the Oracle means that while it can see far distances, it is blocked by the Galactic Core and something large out towards our direct west, on the other side of the galaxy. So in theory you can shroud and hide something from it's sight via dense materials surrounding the target that needs to be hidden, or making the star nearly impossibly bright, equaling the light of the Core."
"Why do you ask? Is there a target you have in mind for such things, or are you asking in order to assist in developing further instruments in order to see past and through these types of countermeasures?"
Eltan shakes his head. "No, merely that there has been a rather lot of activity in the opposite end of the galaxy from our location. The Accord is going to host another expedition in that direction, though if there was more information in that direction it would aid us in preventing a diplomatic blunder."
Tarquin tapped Vibius' shoulder, and handed him a datapad, then handing it over to Eltan "You must mean the Western Reaches, though Ancnet calls it the Avarian Frontier. We have gathered information on a bloc calling themselves the Western Regional League, consisting of the Divine Davian Empire, at this location." He pointed at the spot on the map "We don't have definitive borders as they have been uncompliant in giving us generalized border maps, so I'd be careful where you look around this system here, Voi Con."
He then shifted his finger towards some more defined borders, the label stating 'Three Domains Alliance' "This is the Three Domains Alliance, they are currently involved and are a member of the Free Defense Council. They are very friendly and are curtious, Morgan has nothing but praise for this nation, so it can be used as a safe harbor for your expedition. I'm sure they'd be better suited to informing you about that region then we are."
He then shifted, to give the datapad to Eltan, before thanking Tarquin for his assistance.
Eltan nods as he seemingly takes a mental note of this information, gleaming what he can from the datapad. "It'd good to know there's friendly space on that side of the galaxy. It would ease the fears of many for such an expedition."
"I wholeheartedly agree, and when you do, we would be pleased to accompany you on such an expedition, though I believe that starting with the Three Domain's Alliance would be best, as well as meet and greet them to see for yourself what kind of people they are." Vibius grinned, then visibly relaxed "Though, comrades, if we're all settled with business, I would be eager to meet and socialize more with the elite of your society."
Eltan laughs and smiles. "But of course! Don't let us hold you for too long; the party will be lasting for all this eve. I'm sure many are as curious of your people as you are of ours."
Vetos nods, smiling, as he opens the door back out.
