Within this branch the people operate and crew the ocean going vessels of the Union of Worlds, while a mainly defensive Core the Oeanic corps are somewhat looked down on by the Navy Core. And while not seeing much action they do constitute a large portion of defence to the Unions many worlds and are closely linked with the PDF forces.

Picket Class Union of Worlds Drone Boat: Overview: The Picket is the smallest ocean going vessel in the Union, used for protecting larger vessels primarily in port as well as anti pirate and protection duties the Picket either runs on its own AI or from a CIC centre somewhere in the area. Without crew it can patrol constantly for around a week before needing to be serviced, and with all sorts of sensor optics it can detect intruders or hostile contacts in ports including any who seek to access the Union vessels underneath the waves. Armament: The Picket is armed with a singular turret mounted 23mm autocannon for engaging light boats and infantry. Electronic abilities: The picket is controlled by a sophisticated Union AI which can be linked to the Union grid to co-ordinate its actions, usually given basic patrol sweep patterns over a designated area the Picket can use its various sensors and sonar capability to pick up contacts or intruders for other Union naval forces to apprehend or engage. ECM systems: The Picket comes with no ECM systems as it is not designed for engagements against enemy forces. Speed: Due to its small size and powerful engine the Picket can actually achieve an impressive speed of around 120mph over calmer waters when in pursuit but often operates at much lower speeds. Harpoon Class Union of Worlds Patrol Boat: Overview: The Harpoon is the primary small patrol boat of the Union of Worlds, with a small operational crew the Harpoon functions from patrol vessel to life guard duties. Designed to cater to a wide range of mission profiles usually close to shore or in open waters the Harpoon can easily defend itself or pick out targets for interception and checks. While the Enterprise has good weapons capability its own sensor systems and capability for all round attack is diminished, relying on other vessels to help guide its payloads or protect it. In this way its more a fire platform designed for long range supporting fire than a front line warship. Atlantis Class Union of Worlds Ballistic Sub: Overview: The Atlantis is the Unions ballistic submarine and both a powerful tool for striking enemy forces on planet and also acting as anti orbital defense on far flung Union worlds. While large and lumbering the Atlantis is surprisingly stealth, able to manuver quite well although it is fairly slow, still it can hide in immense crush depths on the sea floor to avoid detection or even reprisal from attack including from orbital attack. Using its torpedoes only as self defense its main payload is its 40 Liberator Ballistic missiles both capable of anti ground and anti space use with their fusion warheads. While it does need to be near the surface to launch these missiles the Atlantis can rapidly dive to defend itself from return fire. Armament: The Atlantis is armed with 40 Torpedoes with 8 forward firing tubes and 4 rear firing tubes. The Torpedo in question fired is the Swordfish a super cavitating torpedo capable of rapid speeds and able to inflict crippling or total destruction on enemy vessels across a wide range of target types. It can also fire Thunder sea to surface missiles capable of Mach 8 and meter precision for use against even hardened ground targets giving the Furious capability to strike land targets undetected. Its primary armament however is 40 Liberator Ballistic missiles each capable of delivering anywhere from 5KT to 40MT thermonuclear weapons to anywhere on the planet or into orbit to use against enemy starships, each missile comes with decoys and its own small point defense. Defences And Amour: The Atlantis is plated with sound dampening hull parts to cover the minimal noises from its already near total electric drive engine and it can protect from crushing pressures as well as near torpedo/depth charge detonations. The Atlantis also carries 8 torpedo launched decoy units as well as 12 noise maker units it can deploy. Electronic abilities: The Atlantis is equipped with a AI with its core being cooled by internal liquid coolant flow, the Atlantis can also detect neutrino output from certain reactor types underwater and on the surface to engage and if needed can fully interface with the Union grid to get updates or confirm mission parameters. ECM systems: The Atlantis mounts ECM units but only for surface operations in dire situations. Speed: Due to its large size but powerful engine the Atlantis can actually achieve an impressive speed of around 25mph while submerged.

Fortitude Class Union of Worlds Battleship: Overview: The battleship was a concept that was one outdated to the modern armies that came before the Global Occupation Army, but when the Union spread to the stars the Battleship was once again brought into the fold, however it was not a big gun brawler like it was originally conceived, but a support vessel able to give fire support to any part of the planet, and to assist fleets in precision kill strikes. Armed with 3 large Mass drivers these guns do not fire conventional railgun ammo, but specialized payloads into low orbit, these shells as they orbit the planet, then de-orbit guided by either the forces closest to the impact zone of the battleship itself the shell then slams into the target continents away and completely destroys it through kinetic impact. Designed primarily around orbital defense and planetary scale combat the Fortress mounts a single huge mass driver for launching literal deployable bombardment platforms into space capable of targeting independent locations on the planet for orbital bombardment, or for engaging enemy forces in orbit.
