Xenobiology
-Significant Races-
A powerful race of crustaceans capable of shapeshifting, the Ska'vari are renown for their natural durability and monstrous strength; their natural carapace known for shrugging off primitive tools of melee and low-velocity projectiles, all the while having muscles capable of lifting weights nearing the impossible. Such traits combined with an unyielding thirst for aggresion and domination makes the Ska'vari a Darwin evolutionist's pick for a galactic conquerer.
Analogous to the Octopoda family of Earth, the Ubians are remarkable for their evolution that currently allows them to function and live well despite the complete and lack of any kind of skeletal structure. They are capable of shapeshifting much like the Ska'vari above, to a far greater degree due to the lack of needing to (painfully) transform any bone or joint. As of resent, however, many more Ubians have taken to artificial, easy-to-shed exoskeletons to mimic the human form, who are a cultural fascination in the Accord.
Human
While occupying only a small percent of Accord society, certain members of humanity have already raised to surprising levels despite their relatively recent induction into the nation. Found on the remains of their own nuked-out homeworld of Earth, the survivors of the apocalypse who were not foolish enough to stand against the Accord were readily and happily accepted into the Kingdom, and quickly found a spot in both place and kinship in the rapport of like-minded races.
-Subspecies-
Kiyortal
A fish-type race with razor-sharp teeth similar to that of the barracuda or piranha, The Kiyortal were rendered extinct by the efforts and subsequent atomic finale of the Ska'vari in their days of old Harvest. However, preserved genetic material in the form of frozen mummies and antique bio archives combined with massive advancements in cloning technology means that the Kiyortal are slowly making a comeback into Accord society, slowly at first but surely.
Ulzu
A cousin-species to the Ubians, the Ulzu are similarly boneless cephalopodas but unlike their larger in stature cousins, the smaller Ulzu utilize an extremely potent, deadly neurotoxin naturally manufactured in their bodies as a method of hunting and self-defense. Though destroyed out of fear by the Ska'vari by atomic fire, their recovery into society has been impactful as it was relatively easy to find and isolate the Ulzu mutation strain using their very-alive parent species, the Ubians.
Passenushi
A plantoid species that have few qualms living in both saltwater and freshwater estuaries or even in locations with little to no water at all, the Passenushi was the most resilient race on Harvest. But even the most biologically resilient has their limits; thermal napalm and nuclear fallout killed the last of their kind in the old tales. But, like the other newly-revived races, the Passenushi are being meticulously recreated despite their resilience to even the methods of their return.
Ska'yakl
A very recently-discovered child race of the Ska'vari, evolved to suit the freezing climate of Harvest's poles. Distinct in the fact that their carapaces, flesh and even blood are all translucent, allowing one to peer right into the inner workings of their kind, the Ska'yakl have potent and latent psionic capabilities, not unlike Princess Lacrimentia on a weaker yet wider scale. With only about 500 of their kind and their unusually fragile physique, they are a jealously guarded secret by the government.

Languages Spoken
-Official Main Language-
Common Sie
The official-by-popularity language of the Accord is Common Sie, which to other races would sound not unlike a collection of clicking, drawn out hisses, and deep guttural roaring. The origin of the language comes from the Ska'vari's own origin language, corrupted over time with numerous influences by both the world around them, other races they had contact with, and the necessity for a language that can still work underwater. At its roots Common Sie is very primal and basic, though linguists are steadily increasing their national dictionary as the Accord venture further into the universe. Today, it is evolving into a far more fluid and dynamic language thanks to the introduction of humans and the various contacts within Ancerious.
-Other Languages-
High Sie
A more formal and elegant version of Sie, with an emphasis on softer tones instead of quicker, sharper ones. Most who use it are of the higher caste for its more 'civilized' tone, and is increasing in popularity amongst the commoners to expand upon their literature and music.
English
Jokingly referred to by the Accordites as "the common language of the universe" after their entry into Ancerious, it was first picked up by those sent to claim Earth from its chaotic situation and quickly spread over the nation in a wave of xenophilia. Though the craze is dying down, the English language has earned a predominant position as the end-all human language due to its versatility.
Ancerious Galactic Common
Another language being rapidly picked up as more and more public systems are linked up to the Ancerious Extranet, the popularity of Ancerious Galactic Common has soared massively since the passing of free information through the wormhole back to Accord space. This trend is only expected to continue for the foreseeable future.

Government
Autocratic Electorate Monarchy (Temporary Military Despotism)
Led by a single dictatorial monarch elected into his position every time the previous king dies or resigns, the Accord King holds all power in the nation. No law may pass if he were to veto, no army were to move if he was to issue a counter. Though there is no rule both officially and unofficially that limits the ruler of the Accord to the male gender, thus far the ruler of the Accord has always been a man. His power is most commonly issued to the Four Houses to keep the nation running and alive. These four houses are, in order of most prominent to least:
House of Irving
Responsible for the management, deployment, recruitment, and maintenance of the Accord's vast military, the House of Irving is the most influential and powerful House in the Accord as a result of the nation's military-leaning worldviews. Controlling 56% of the nation's annual budget, this was designed with the intent of the House of Irving splitting these proceeds further to meet its needs and demands amongst the other three Houses within the Accord. Since the Accord's conception however, as well as the rise of many Accordite gangs, the justice system has unofficially fallen under the jurisdiction of the House of Irving. Secretly, the House of Irving is to take action against the ruler of the nation should he break one too many oaths or unspoken rules regarding the conduct of the King.
House of Genoa
Responsible for the industrial workings and the non-military bureaucratic and logistics in the Accord, the House of Genoa is the political entity that keeps the Accord Ringways running at optimal condition. Because of its important task to provide the lifeblood of the Accord in every possible way, the House of Genoa typically receives the largest portion of the budget allotted to the House of Irving. However, as the House of Genoa is also responsible for the production of consumer goods, the House of Genoa is the only house to generate a large portion of its own upkeep independent of the government's budget.
House of Stanford
Responsible for all new developments in science and technology, the House of Stanford holds a disproportional amount of fame in respect to how much of the annual budget is typically allotted to it. However, as the House of Irving is prohibited from its own independent development projects of anything past variants of preexisting hardware, the House of Stanford enjoys a relatively small but always steady amount of the annual budget from the military. It is also known that the House of Genoa invests a significant portion of its leftover funds from its independent revenue to the House of Stanford.
House of Belashi
Responsible for all public schooling services, healthcare and anything medical, the House of Belashi commonly collaborates with the House of Stanford on the newest cures and developments in the medical field. Though it receives little in the way of the annual budget from the independent revenue of the House of Genoa, it is privately known that the industrialists' investment into the House of Stanford is an indirect method of funding the activities of Belashi. However, it receives notable funding from the House of Irving for the fact that all combat doctors, medics and nurses in the military are Belashi personnel by mandate of law.
Currently, the Accord is ruling under a junta of military despots, their power acquired through a well-placed coup d'etat. As such, a coalition of high-ranking military personnel currently serves as the stand-in for the Accord King. It has been stated by its own leadership that this despotism government is temporary, but only time will vindicate their intentions.
-Current Ruler-
King Berticul (III) Jilarau Genoa
The current ruler of the Accord, voted in by overwhelming majority over fifty years prior to current events. Known as 'The Wise' by the Accordites, King Berticul has a distinctly cool head even in the toughest of situations, and his insistence on strengthening the bureaucratic system governing the transportation between key production facilities undoubtedly played a major role in the Accord's success in the Great War. While currently he is under house arrest by the military junta regime with the late coup d'etat, few people of any political faction hold any lasting ill will against the King.
-Figures of Power-
Sir Kyndon Ialliu Lumstra
The greatest and only living legend in the Accord, the man who brought the entirety of the Ska'vari and Ubians together to first found the Accord as a sovereign nation. Singlehandedly leading a rebellion John Connor-style against maddened ruling regime of the time, Sir Kyndon succeeded in his task and was the first ever knighted Accordite for his role in the foundation and survival of his people across the cosmos. Since then, the man has taken up a position as a representative between the high government officials and the common people of the Accord. Currently he is still missing (but confirmed alive) in the Glast Trench following the end of the Great War, and an expedition is in the works to rescue him.
Lord Tyrin Jurmult Irving
A formidable man to meet in person, Tyrin is an accomplished military man with several operations against the paramilitary gangs within the Accord in his youth. The younger brother of Vielyria, the battlefield was where he distinguished himself from his peers, rapidly rising the ranks with a combination of both wit, charisma, and force of personality. Today, he is the man who holds the most political power immediately under the King, surpassing that of even the national hero Sir Kyndon.
Lord Kalekop Tuvus Genoa
An industrial management wizard since his youth, Kalekop may be the least personable of the Four Lords of the Houses, but his abilities and management are undeniable. The man treats many of his workers and employees much like one would numbers on a paper. However, Kalekop had not forgotten the basic tenants of the Accord, like any good nationalist. While the man has relatively little influence, it is well known that Kalekop can have Tyrin by the balls if he so chose to antagonize the Lord of the military house.
Lord Jelakov Favari Stanford
A friendly and upbeat man, though both famous and infamous for his trickster antics, Jelakov always seeks to improve on what the Accord has. Though almost always short-funded by both the central government and the House of Irving, the recent acquisitions from both the Puppeteers and the people of Ancerious have boosted his efforts threefold despite being stuck on the same yearly budget. The man does not mind though; no matter how little, Tyrin knows to never short-change the House of Stanford on their latest weapon prototype.
Lady Vielyria Jurmult Belashi
The most amiable and personable of the Four Lords, Vielyria is always at the forefront of the care of her people. The older sister of Tyrin, the good Lady distinguished herself with the breakthroughs of medicine while her brother was on his campaigns. Much like every other Lord or Lady before her of the Belashi House, Vielyria has taken to a vow of total neutrality in the game of politics, instead offering supplementary information and asking the unasked during regular meetings and assemblies.
Sir Eltan Vocaphtol Irving
One of the leaders of the naval faction of the Accord military, Eltan is relatively young for a man of both his high position and tremendous power. A very popular figure in the Accord for commanding the first Accord naval victory in the Great War and being the first to ram his flagship into the Sky Rift Worldship, an achievement the man was knighted for. Today, he serves as the face of the Accord military leadership due to his affable nature and natural talents in diplomacy. "If it exists, there is a way," is a popular saying of Eltan's since the Great War.
Sir Bryce Callon Irving
One of the leaders of the ground faction of the Accord military, Bryce is the definition of the venerable old guard, as he hails from the early days of the Accord. Though sometimes slow to act and having some difficulty catching up on the modern ways of war, Bryce nevertheless remains highly respected and well regarded by all soldiers in the Accord for the care he shows to his men and skill in managing any defensive line he's put in charge of.

Empire Culture
Militarist Nationalists
The highest priority of the state is the well-being of its military, or so the Accord would say. Accordite culture demands discipline and loyalty to the nation no matter the belief, race, or personal cost. As such, it is common to see many Accordite stay relatively loyal to their home despite working for other nation. As of late this old culture has been tested by the strain of new external influences, the Great War and overextension of colonies, the 'Accord spirit' still remains very strong and steadfast in most places that one can easily visit.
Their warlike and highly aggressive instinct naturally leads to a vary large number of extreme activities to curb and control those instincts, such as high-speed races and arenas build to simulate wide-area squad-based warfare. Being shot or otherwise injured in any of these activities are commonplace; as Accordites have rapid natural regeneration, many issues a normal person would have such as broken bones can be mended in a matter of one or two weeks or even single days. Death and the topic of death is also approached somewhat differently than other peoples; while grieving for the lost is still very commonplace, the grief rarely last longer than a few months with everything returning to relative normality afterwards as a result of their militaristic tendencies combined with their highly resilient minds. As such, an Accordite would not readily fear the prospect of death but nonetheless tend to try their best to avoid dying.
A point of great notice is that High Nobility are completely barred from ascending to royalty by mandate of law. This was an unusual and special determent arranged by founding father Sir Kyndon as a means to curb corruption in the upper echelons. The meaning behind such an act is that a man who becomes the leader of his or her House is to do so for the betterment of the nation and the people instead of some selfish pursuit of power, wealth, materialism or fame. As such, both Royalty and High Nobility have paychecks that are dismal for their rank, so much so that many who wish for higher pay remain in the ranks of lower nobility. Whether or not this is a success of the system is a matter of fierce debate, as Sir Kyndon himself is very alive and well to keep a careful eye on the aristocracy, and none dare interfere with his word for fear of disproportional retribution from the lower classes.
-Class System-
Royal Family
The one voted to be the nation's next King has the grandest and greatest privilege of all in the Accord; the ability to control the entire nation to his whim, from the greatest national corporation down to the lowest commoner. However, the Royalty are granted this privilege by the unspoken rule to never abuse its total power, lest the Sword of Damocles that is the House of Irving come crashing down on the ruler's head prematurely. Normally, the King and his family are entitled to living in the Royal Palace on Harvest, something that no others in the Accord may do without explicit permission by either one of the Royal Family or Sir Kyndon. Living as royalty is to live in the lap of total luxury despite being, on paper, an Accordite taxpayer.
High Nobility
Composed of the Lords and Ladies of the Houses, as well as some of other lesser stations, there are almost always no more than eight families of High Nobility at any given time; namely, the Four Lords and their right-hand Speakers. An important distinction is the difference between a mere House Speaker and a Speaker of the House; the former is considered a form of Low Nobility while the latter is considered members of High Nobility. To live as High Nobility is to live second in state-provided luxury to that of the Royal Family, though those of high nobility are still expected to earn their (unexpectedly humble) paychecks. One can become of High Nobility by loyalty, skill, and merit, though becoming one of High Nobility ultimately hinges on the decision of the King, and additionally bars you from being able to become royalty by mandate of law.
Low Nobility
The highest-paying state-paid class of the Accord, members of the Low Nobility have some say and sway in their House but ultimately acts as lesser representatives and members of management in the greater scheme of things. In the military, Low Nobility tend to encompass anyone at the rank of Colonel/Commodore and above, though their military rank is used in lieu of a lack of any nobility title or prefix. Members of Low Nobility may act as planetary governors for core worlds and rim worlds alike, or stay with their House role for a chance to improve their social standings, as well as be able to act as part of a King's advisory panel. It is at this class that an individual's voice holds any meaning in Accord politics.
The Knighted
A special class for those who have greatly distinguished themselves time and time again. Much like the Victoria Cross and the Medal of Honor, the honor of Knighthood is one that few ever attain. Even fewer are those who attain it in life and not posthumously. Those who are Knighted are referred by the title of "Sir" for men and "Madam" for women, with the title being attached to the front of any other rank, such as "Sir-Admiral" or "Madam-Marshall." In the wake of the destructive Great War there was a sudden influx of newly Knighted, many of whom are carving out a new career for themselves with their newfound prestige. Though the Knighted inherently have less power than that of even the lowest Nobility, even non-Accordite Knights can have a say in Accord politics. This means that should a member of another nation be Knighted, that person is quite possibly the nation's only direct vector to changing Accord politics at its base and not as an outsider. Knights can be made only by those of High Nobility and those of Royalty, and there is a process to obtain the title, not unlike a medal or a promotion.
Middle Class
Those who earn with wit rather than brawn can rightfully call themselves a member of the Middle Class. Not unlike the more commonly-understood merchant class, those of Accordite Middle Class tend to be workers in bureaucracy, management, trading or upper industry. They enjoy a more wealthy lifestyle with more creature comforts and state security compared to the average citizenry, but in the end their position is still very unremarkable in the grand theater that is national politics.
Common Citizenry
The blue collar worker. The common man. The common citizenry are composed of most of the Accordite nation, naturally, and as such form the bulk of labor both skilled and unskilled. Though there are few if any benefits at this level, there are relatively few complaints as both the government and the corporations pay rather well for the work they do, meaning the average citizen can comfortably live a busy and routine but fulfilling and decent life. There are many at this rank that partake in the many Accord gangs across the nation's territories, for better and for worse.
-National Views of Themselves and Others-
Though not inherently indoctrination, widespread propaganda plus a inherent sense of superiority makes the average Accord citizen see their own nation as the superior choice in the universal spectrum of things. Though recently troubled by the great losses of the Great War, the citizen still views the Accord as one of the very few factions in existance capable of uniting all it sees under its banner. As such, citizens of the Accord are easily made disdainful of outsiders (as well as their methods) whom they are not allied to, or trust as one who would fit well within their great nation.
-Education-
In the Accord, education for the first 15 years is state-funded and under the unconditional control of the House of Belashi. Though often suffering from chronic under-funding of varying diversities, most Core-Worlds are well-equipped to handle the task they are given, though Rim-Worlds may not always be so fortunate.
Starting at roughly 5 years of age until 20 years of age, all Accordite citizens are required to attend and pass their basic education. Originally only 8 years in length, the basic education has since been extended to 10 years, then 12 years, and now to the modern 15 years as a result of the necessity of knowledge in an increasingly complex world.
However, the remnants of the old systems can still be felt, and could be categorized as the milestones of which competency should be expected at:
0-8 years: Fluent primary linguistics, basic STEM comprehension, minimal living skills (includes basic cooking, child-rearing, law, and tax skills) and firearms safety training.
8-10 years: Intermediate STEM comprehension, the choice of one of three science paths of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, and history lessons.
10-12 years: Basic secondary linguistics, advanced STEM comprehension, mastery of the first science path and the choice for a second science path, firearms and basic conscription-level military training.
12-15 years: Specialist training, provided through apprenticeship/internship programs with Accordite business partners and industrial/tech firms. This phase can be skipped by those who already have job and career offers lined up.
After the 15 years of mandatory basic education, all Accordite citizens are free to pursue their own path in life, including any higher education. Private education until this point is strictly prohibited, though how effectively and heavily this is enforced varies from sector to sector.

-Daily Life-
Accord life rotates around a forty to fifty-hour work week, with their work being full of toil and sweat. On their times off though, the average citizen is free to pursue anything they wish that doesn't break the law, and many Accordites take their time off to spend time in the various War Arenas, gun clubs, Motorsport racing clubs and pubs. It is a common joke that, if an Accordite was "shot in the ass" in the War Arenas, that their work load would not be slackened because of it, applying to any of the average Accordite's rather extreme tastes in hobby.

Religious Beliefs
None
The Accord is a secularized nation due to being founded on the principles of Sir Kyndon. Some members of the Accord hold a form of ancestor worship, but asides from that, the Accord as a large lack a need for spiritualism due to believing that hard work already makes for a strong spirit. However, as the Accord is coming into contact with new beliefs and religions, the Accord has begun to dissuade religious congregations and the populace frowns upon 'shameless' religious-based public demonstrations of any kind, viewing it as weakness in their diligence at work and for the state.
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Economic System
-Currency-
Accordite Svelp
In the wake of the founding of the Accord, a new currency had to be made to be the basis of the budding nation's currency. The answer was the Svelp, a hybridization of all planetary currencies that came before it. Today, it functions as an industry-based currency due to the sheer amount in circulation, with more added to circulation to account for the ever-growing population.
-How Goods/Services Are Acquired-
As the average Accordite is paid rather well, most citizens rely on their income in the case of injury or accident, though the many insurance companies operating with and under the House of Genoa aid in such situations. For the most part, the acquiring of goods and services function much like that of a traditional capitalist society.
-Empire Trading-
The Accord is most well-known for their export of industrial hardware and materials, as well as raw minerals and refined materials by the gigatonne from their vast mining and refining industries. The Accord also exports foodstuffs by the gigatonne but to a lesser degree due to its own needs in the category. It is also known that the Accord is an exporter of military armaments and even ships to close enough associates, though such deals are rarely in the open and require at least some influence with the Accord leadership first. A budding field of Accord exports are medical tools and bio-tech material, due to the massively expanding biotech field in the nation.
An unofficial export of the Accord is its mercenary companies and private military corporations. Due to the nature of the Accord to seek new frontiers, these mercenaries sometimes become the bridge connecting the minds and hearts of allied and closely-aligned nations to the Accord. The newly-passed (as of writing) Ancerious Passage Act in the government of the Accord, allowing for more free government-monitored passage of private citizens and corporations into the galaxy of Ancerious means that these mercenaries are starting to become known in the galaxy and its people.
The Accord is known for importing firearms and other military equipment from other nations in bulk, both for study and sale amongst gun collectors in the nation. Another major import for the Accord is technology and high-tech articles to expand the nation's ever-growing thirst for dominance.

Astrography
-Capital-
Harvest (OFF-ANC)
Located in their home galaxy, Harvest is the birthworld of the Accord and her children. Though nuked into a nuclear winter by the regime that the Accord succeeded, the planet is slowly recovering back to its original tropical paradise death world it used to be. Some even speak of applying their new advancements in biotech and general technology to speed the process up.
Liepyis
The de-facto capitol of the Ancerious colony, Liepyis was settled very recently in respects to many of the more entrenched nations. Despite that, the Accord has turned this planet into a marvelous blue jewel in the black abyss of space, home to a growing population of billions of Accordites.
-Largest City-
Sie Vertylom (OFF-ANC)
The largest city on Harvest, Sie Vertylom boasts the ability of being the oldest Accordite city as it was the sole remaining city in the Accord after the nation's conception. Unique in the case that half the city is located above water and the other half located below water, the Royal Palace that the King and his family live in is completely situated underwater. The city itself is located in a massive lagoon, one of the few calm, peaceful places on the turbulent planet.

Military
-Overall Structure (Military Branches)-
Royal Accord Armed Services
The bulk of the Accord's enlisted services, the RAAS was the first branch of the military founded in the Accord for the simple reason that, at the conception of the Accord, their people were still mostly bound to their home planet. Both the hammer and the anvil, incorporating all infantry, armor, and atmospheric air elements, the RAAS is as well-trained and equipped as the government can afford, which generally is usually rather substantial.
Royal Accord Voidwater Services
Often called the 'sailors' or 'voidsmen' of the Accord, the RAVS is in charge of all tasks and forces operating outside of a planet's stratosphere, including voidwater freighters. As the navy of the Accord, their forces involve ships of the line, with an emphasis on larger, heavier warships to deal more damage in the heat of the fight.
Royal Accord Marine Corps
A unique branch formed out of the needs of both the Armed and Voidwater branches, the RAMC is a force whose men are typically acting as the infantry aboard naval vessels acting as the sailors' line of defense or as the boarding party against enemy vessels. However, there are times when the Armed Services require immediate reinforcements during a battle, in which the Marine Corps would be sent. Their command structure is a bit odd due to their position; instead of having their own command structure, their command structure is reliant on which half of the Accord military that the Marines are currently serving with.
Accordite Covert Operations Group
A special unit founded in the wake of the Two Triads Incident in early Accordite history and the inability to contain the situation by the heavy, cumbersome Armed Service, the ACOG was created as a direct response to the growing threat of gangs and criminal organizations taking over too much of the Accord's functions in her colonies. The COG take over for the main military forces when irregular operations are required.
-Rules of Engagement-
When you have the muscle power to lift steel beams and concrete emplacements, everything within reach quickly becomes a liable weapon. As such, the Accord treats anyone armed with any form of weapon to be an armed opponent that is to be neutralized immediately. Officially, they make rather little distinction between a rocket launcher and a kitchen knife, as in their minds an armed opponent is still an armed opponent and a capable threat. However, on-site commanders are expected to justify and ratify the situation, and as such lethal force is not always necessarily dispensed. However, should any force open fire upon an Accordite unit, the response is as brutal as it is swift with their massive volume of fire.
All else are similarly categorized by this train of thought, from ground vehicles to space-capable ships.
-Fighting Doctrine-
Accord doctrine rely heavily on mass of numbers in addition to an overwhelming amount of firepower, but in recent times there has been a steady transition to keeping the overwhelming firepower but introducing combined arms techniques to put their massive numbers to more effective use. Though a powerful force, the Accord military is a rather cumbersome force, slow to strike and sometimes even slower to maneuver. This makes their force favor attrition as their means of engagement as a whole to wear down enemy morale and make a final push to rout enemy forces.
Underwater, the Accord is an entirely different war machine. Ditching a major amount of their heavier armaments, the Accord military transforms from a bulky sledgehammer into an extremely mobile and agile strike force all the way up to the divisional level that favors hit-and-run techniques and ambush tactics. Leveraging their natural aquatic bodies to the fullest, battles become mass hunts as skirmish-battles erode enemy forces with the power and precision of a drill. Those who are non-aquatic and had the misfortune to have fought the Accord underwater have only one word to say: don't.
-Approx Troop Numbers-
The Accord are seemingly limitless in number as far as troop count go. Between the main military forces, there are millions of paramilitary forces in addition to army reservist troops and civilian enthusiast militias that can be utilized in times of war. The result is that at any time, the entire Accordite population can become ready to fight an enemy that has brought the fight to home soil.
However, for the professional, listed military, their numbers are easily in the billions or trillions no matter where you go.
-Approx Naval Numbers-
In their home galaxy, Accordite military ship counts number about 1,600,000 ships in active service, with an additional 2,000,000 decommissioned, fully functional but obsolete warships from the previous generation. In addition to this, all civilian vessels are expected to be commandeered by the military for refurbishing and repurposing in times of war, paid by bonds as to not ignore the citizens' contributions in the greater scheme of things.
In Ancerious, the ship count total only a few thousand due to its status as a relatively backwater post despite its fame and importance.
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Goals
The ultimate goal of the Accord is to unite everything and anything within its reach under its flag, then to expand their reach in order to repeat the process. While highly imperialistic in nature, Accordites tend to have an affable view to potential subjects, seeing them as people who are to be integrated as citizens and as such, full equals. However, the Accord is perfectly willing to ally with other powerful, like-minded nation as per their dogma of, "Rule with us, or rule under us."
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
First Contact Procedures
Though the Accord seek friendly first contacts as a result of the first contact sparking the Great War, they are not afraid of turning immediately hostile and commencing hostile action if the contact nation responds as such first. All first contacts are evaluated for their potential as either an ally or as a subject nation, and will press on both potentials aggressively past first contact should the chance arise.

Technology
WIP
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
History
Starting from the death world of Harvest, the members of the modern Accord nation begun from simple roots. Much like any race in their cradled infancy, the various sentient and sapient races on the planet began to develop their technology at breakneck speeds due to the incredible amount of competition present. By the time the Ska'vari rose to sapience, many of the other races had already reached the iron age, with a distinct few with access to gunpowder and basic industrialization. Stealing all of this technology despite every other race trying to kill them, the Ska'vari rose to total dominance in less than a thousand years, enslaving and pushing every other race to extinction while stealing their technology.
During this short period of dominance, a madman ruler by the name of Segelvo Kallaedou purged all his opponents by nuclear fire by carpet bombing entire nations with atomic bombs. Nuclear winter covered the planet, killing all but the Ska'vari and the Ubians. This heralded a new era, where the to-be Sir Kyndon and his enclaves of rebels fought for dominance over the planet's remaining military supplies and safe strategic locations from Segelvo's regime. In the end, Sir Kyndon succeeded though the nation itself was not officially founded until the nation's first off-world colony hit a population of over 10,000.
At the founding of the Accord, its population totaled no more than 4 million people. Less than 400 years later, the Accord have a population so massive that few ever try to put the full statistic to paper. Though the number was notably reduced during the Great War 24 years before their entry into Ancerious, the Accord remains a thriving empire nonetheless that continues to expand, grow, and thrive no matter where they find themselves in.

General Affiliations
-Affiliations-
None
Currently, the Accord is not an affiliate or member of any coalition or power bloc.
-Allies-
Restevian Socialist Confederacy
Though officially the two nations only hold a non-aggression pact, the involvement of the two nations have grown since their accidental first contact as friendships have been kindled. The Accord as a whole is keeping low on this relationship but isn't denying it if brought up.
-Enemies-
Public enemy number one during their Great War, the sheer damage done to the Accord during the war has turned the entire public consensus to a radically anti-Puppeteer mindset. While Accordite High Command and higher leadership in general realize that not all Puppeteers are like the Sky Rift Fleet they fought, the average civilian cares less for such details as of this time, seeing them as all the same. The ashes of the last war are still fresh in everyone's minds, after all. However there is a strict "do not shoot on sight" rule in place, to avoid yet another gruelling and potentially unwinnable conflict.
The Unnamed
Having engaged their forces on one occasion, the Accord is rightfully paranoid about the Unnamed activity in the Tradex that so happens to almost-directly neighbour their own territory. However, they are equally concerned about sparking first blood with someone that has proven that they can crush Accordite forces with laughable ease, and as such are simply monitoring their enigmatic neighbours for the time.

Greatest Accomplishment
Carpet-bombing their homeworld with atomic bombs, and rising (literally) from those ashes to become a powerful, emergent nation spanning one-third of their home galaxy with millions of worlds in less than four hundred years.
