Triarch Industries:
Motto:
'Our Weapons, Your Skill, Think Triarch'
Species:
Humans: Triarch is a predominantly human mega-corporation having originated from Earth they have steadily grown. All but one of the Executive Board are human, although aliens are treated equally there are just far more humans than any other species.
Various: Triarch contains numerous species who have chosen to get a job or totally join the company either in large amounts or individuals, the company treats them no differently to humans and Triarch welcomes all into its equal opportunity company.

Leadership:
John Triarch:
John Triarch Junior, also just known as ‘John’ or ‘Triarch’ was born during the Nomad wars in the Unions homeverse to his father John Senior and his mother Velda Triarch. His birth was a prophetic one, after all he would be the sole inheritor of his father's estate, which was the burgeoning business of Triarch Industries. John had quite a pampered childhood and life, and was sent away when he was ready for education within the Union of Worlds, all paid for by his parents. John was amazed with the Union, and during this many years of education came to love the nation, questioning his future role as a leader of a private business which had at one point actively undermined the place where he was learning from. This change of thought culminated in John joining the Union Army Core during the Draken war, something which his father vehemently disagreed with even trying to politically and economically pressure the Union into handing him over. This was a long process however, and during that time John would come face to face with the nightmare that was the Draken, witnessing many of his classmates who had signed up die almost broke the young man. And in the end he was recalled from service when the economic pressure from Triarch became too steep. John would be upset that the Union handed him over, something that would never really sit well with him and he would never forgive his own father, who alas would be assassinated by Draken Stalkers before they could ever reconcile. John would lead the company during the rest of the war, supporting the galaxy's efforts to destroy his most hated foe. However in this time he would find his place as the company's CEO, turning away from the idealism which had spurred his youth and more towards both profits and personal revenge against the Draken. Fearful of assasination attempts as well, John would continue to use clone bodies, uploading his mind between them as and when needed, he would not die like his father.
It would be John's expedition to Ancerious to expand the company which would signify his rise here. Slowly building up and then toppling the previous master of the galaxy's economy, Halcyon Dynamics he would go on to see a similar soul in Inara and her rise to power. Spurred by both potential profits and emotion John would go on to back the APP and Capitol with his company, a move that would cost him most of everything he held dear.
Kane Volare (Destro):
Kane Volare is a rather interesting individual. Little if anything is known publicly about Triarchs mysterious right hand man other than the fact that he is always at Johns side or within a short distance of him. He is nearly always armed and armoured and ready to protect John at all costs, but he is also highly intelligent and rarely if ever speaks unbidden. The truth behind Kane is that he was an imperfect bootleg clone of John Triarch, created by a large bootleg operation on Lost Star Triarch was tipped off and sent some of his most crack forces. The fighting was bloody but when the dust settled John himself went in to survey the operation, finding bootleg clones of poor quality from a number of nations personalities. He ordered them to be put down, for their own benefit, however he then found one of himself, considerably better quality than the others. While somewhat different he could not bring himself to kill his own clone, who stared at him with childlike eyes. John kept his clone alive, and renamed him Kane Volare. Given the codename Destro the man would see John give him the chance at life, and ever since then would be loyal without hesitation even willing to die for John if need be. Still while an imperfect version Kane sometimes displays the sparks of brilliance found in John himself, and in a way John sees the man as his brother.
Board of Directors:
The current executive board is made up of 52 individuals. Various stockholders, shareholders, CEOs and other powerful men and women both inside and outside the company with influence. It is this board that oversees the vast network inside and also outside of the company with external individuals able to have a say in Triarchs direction. Most of these powerful men are friends or acquaintances of John himself and have served the company faithfully for decades.
Government Type:
Mega-Corporation
-How it is Run:
Triarch Industries sole purpose is to make money and conduct business, founded by John Triarchs forebears the company’s bylaws dictate that an Executive Board dictate the overall details of the company made up of shareholders from both within the company and those outside of it, meaning the board can at any one time have hundreds of representatives which generally are constantly in session, using Holo imaging software to meet they can come and go as they please. Debating and establishing anything from wages of lowly bounty hunters or diplomatic ties and contracts with other nations or the company’s annual budget.
The Executive Board also elect every 15 years a chairman to head them who is nearly constantly present at the meetings of the board to establish if there is a Quorum and bringing up issues and debate subjects for the board to address. He also has the power to enforce the bylaws upon the board and so acts as an overseer of sorts for the board to keep them overall in line. It is not uncommon for the board to be split up between its hundreds of members to discuss multiple matters at once, in which case the Chairman delegates sub chair members to oversee such, who can adjourn the smaller meetings and bring it to the group as a whole to ensure its correct establishment.
Every 15 years the Executive Board elects a CEO to maximise the company’s revenue and oversee its running in a non-labyrinthine way like the board is often seen as. The CEO has the power to carry out all the board's orders and reports to the Executive board every month to be directed in whatever actions they take. The CEO is typically the public face of Triarch Industries with the board being a very behind the scenes controller, in this sense the CEO does a lot of PR work and will speak on behalf of the board when establishing diplomatic ties or major contracts.
Economic System:
-Currency:
Galactic Credit (SIGEC):
The Standard-Issue Galactic Exchange Credit, or SIGEC, more commonly known as 'Credits' was created and issued by the Union of Worlds following the First Ancerious War as its capital became the undisputed center of galactic trade. It is a pre-mined blockchain-based token backed by an enormous pool of commodities from the Union and its closest allies as well as from spoils of war taken from defeated nations in AW1. The notable aspect of the SIGEC was that its complex network was directly linked to the central banks and monetary data centers of many Ancerious nations, allowing credits to be directly convertible from local currencies without the use of an exchange. It was created as an alternative to the complicated and fraud-ridden monetary exchanges of Lost Star and was credited for largely destroying the early financial industry of the nascent asteroid-nation. The day of its creation it was valued at over 150,000 Capitol Roms.
Triarch made the SIGEC its main currency and invested all of its previous currencies into the new currency after it became clear that the SIGEC would become the primary trading currency across the galaxy. Triarch was actually one of the main backers of the currency and has used it now to manipulate the economics of the galaxy as well as target AGA economics during the 2nd Ancerious war. Triarch has invested most of its hard currency into Capitol population and high amounts of super precision processed materials.
-How Goods/Services Are Acquired:
Everyone within Triarch industries can quite simply buy and trade for galactic credits within the company. Triarch uses a standard monetary system, with those on the lower rungs of the company being paid far less than those at the top. The wealth accumulates into both company holdings and CEOs pockets with shareholders also profiting. In this regard employees are always looking at getting promotions into the next pay rung of the company and the benefits it brings.
-Empire Trading:
INRAC: INRAC (INports Resources Appropriation Committee) is an entire sub branch of Triarch Industries headed by a large committee that oversees the entirety of imports into the company. Whether this is material imports from a trade agreement or a one of gift INRAC is involved and works meticulously to get the exact quotas and time schedules down to the second correct. INRAC has considerable influence and employs a vast number of employees in the company although not as much as EXRDC still the level of bureaucracy involved is staggering and the process is both automated and manual as Triarch works to bring large amounts of import into its territory through specialized systems and then transport it to where it is needed.
EXRDC: EXRDC (EXports Resources Distribution Committee) is the entire sub branch of Triarch Industries dedicated to export. It is far bigger than INRAC and employees far more people to truly vast numbers. EXRDC exports anything, from super processed materials, bare Triarch ships, guns, raw materials or even funds which all pass through excruciatingly regulated tests and procedures to ensure everything is according to the audit. When the quality inspection has done its job the objects in question are taken to an export world governed by a committee of EXRDC high up personnel who then either send it on its way via transport to the empire who needs it or waits for it to be collected.
Bounty Fund: The Bounty Fund is a public council run by Triarch Industries to cater to the large number of bounty hunters throughout the galaxy both Triarch owned and influenced and those who are freelance. Anyone wanting good work and good pay can take a job through Triarch Bounty Fund, complete the job and then collect the bounty with Triarch getting a share of the bounty in return. Many share their bounties through Triarch as it gets easy attention for anyone who wants a job and can be seen across the galaxy, Triarch bounty boards or offices can be found on many non aligned worlds across the expanse.
Black Cash Council: Not public knowledge the black cash council is an unofficial yet official office of Triarch Industries that deals with both the black market as well as behind the scenes or illegal dealings. This may include paying off mercenary forces to go do a specific underhand raid on Rangvald to stop them completing a new shipyard, or making huge amounts of money off some new political scandal in a non aligned system. The ways the black cash council make profits or conduct business is as varied as the stars themselves but they are an integral yet behind the scenes player in Triarch Industries.
Social Structure:
Executives:
Executives are the highest rung of Triarch society and reflect the aristocracy of the other empires. They command planets, make up committees, oversee sections and more. There are multiple tiers of Executives from small commanders of sectors to the executives that oversee entire classes. Executives frequently bribe, politic and more darkly kill their way to the top, hoping for more and more pay and more company contract benefits. However all are promoted based on skill rather than their pockets, for the company and higher ups do not look for incompetence when running a company, the corporation has an image to maintain after all, and any executives who get too bloodthirsty or destabilize too much are investigated and possibly fired.
Shareholders:
Shareholders are individuals who do not necessarily belong to the company. They are either company high up executives or other powerful/rich individuals who have invested larger amounts into Triarch Industries in the hopes of making a fortune out of the corporation's profits and dealings. Shareholders are either found outside of the company's territory or inside it, catered to by their own profits typically creating exotic resorts and other locations for themselves and their families.
Logistics Class:
The logistics section is one of the biggest in Triarch Industries. This entire class deals with getting goods and more to where it needs to be. They pilot, maintain, charter, record and drive whatever is needed to where it needs to be whether it is high processed parts or people the logistics workers are always on point. It is a never ending job but the pay is good and allows the workers to typically travel around both Triarch space and beyond if they are lucky on delivery or trade jobs.
Manufacturing Class:
The Manufacturing class is the second biggest in the company. They oversee the truly vast production lines of the corporation from small super processed parts for star ships to huge star ship production in orbital shipyards. While most production is heavily automated the workers need to oversee every part of it to ensure nothing goes wrong, and sometimes inspect the products themselves personally. This job is often dangerous around massive machinery and so families get insurance free of charge for any member who is in this class of work.
Military Class:
The Military class is a very prestigious class in Triarch Industries. With high pay, excellent benefits and insurance and the chance for easy protection jobs the military branch of Triarch Industries is highly trained and capable. Either fighting for the company itself or being hired out to a client the soldiers and sailors of Triarch will do their utmost to complete their allotted job so that they can get paid a share of the clients contract. Some soldiers also do freelancing, operating outside of the company to collect jobs on the spot, taking the majority of the funds but sending a share back to Triarch these freelance companies are often used for behind the lines work.
Engineering Class:
The Engineering class is the builders, construction engineers and designers of Triarch Industries. Their work is that which creates the ships, the engines, the designs and the equipment which keeps the company running and then helps construct such with the manufacturers to ensure it is up to standard. They built new settlements on worlds, help direct mining efforts and more. Engineers are paid good money in Triarch and well reputed builders or engineers can be paid vast amounts for their efforts in a particular scenario where the company needs their expertise.
Science Class:
The Science class is the R&D and experimenters of the company, they create the technology and push the limits of knowledge for Triarch. Working non stop to decipher alien language, integrate new alien tech into Triarchs understanding, experiment with new weapon systems or try out new gene therapies these scientists work tirelessly. They have to work to strict deadlines, but are paid fairly and get access to most new Triarch projects and technology before anyone else in the company.
Corporate Class:
The Corporate Class are the busiest of the sections of Triarch but are also the least paid. They deal with finances, bureaucracy and recording the vast amount of money, material and personnel who go in and out of Triarch Industries, where they are, what they have been used for and more. Often working in gigantic offices alongside super computers these individuals have a knack for maths and business, while the pay isn't that good the benefits make up for it and so Corporate employees do not complain so much.
Marketing Class:
The Marketing class are those who liaise with other empires and the galactic market to sell the vast amounts of arms, resources and services of the company. They are based on a commission job by job basis, with the more deals and bigger deals they secure the more the company pays them and gives them. They often work outside of the company in neutral territory or in other nations, with a large number of marketers found on Lost Star to take advantage of it. Each Marketer is usually accompanied by Triarch bodyguards in some form, from Triarch paid mercs for low level to proper Triarch Operators for high value personnel.
Diplomacy Class:
The Diplomacy class is the contingent of diplomats who work for Triarch, dealing with other empires on a proper formal basis. They organise large trade deals, the details of any said deal and more. Often used as ambassadors or Triarch representatives they give advice, work out logistics between nations and more. They are paid well and operate mostly outside of the company territories accompanied by Operators to guard them. The most well paid of them are those who work alongside Capitol and EPA, who secure massive new deals on a monthly basis.
Culture:
Mega Corporation
Triarch Industries is a mega corporation in all things, while its populace is very similar to a regular empire the entire prospect of making money, working for the company and fulfilling contracts is the focus of its culture. While Triarch has many rungs of its people materialism is encouraged and despite the seemingly well oiled and well managed outer appearance the internals of Triarch are rife with corruption and internal power ploys between executives and their underlings. While the Anti-Corruption committee oversees the removal and active discouragement of said corruption it is a foolhardy task.
Triarch Contracts:
Triarch Industry employees must first sign a contract like all jobs to become part of the company. These contracts can last anywhere from several years to a lifetime of work, in return the company will uphold its end of the bargain and provide benefits and payment agreed upon in the contract. If an individual breaks the contract they are fined large amounts and fired from the company for a serious enough infraction. An individual may upgrade their contract when they are promoted, giving them access to better benefits, better pay and better work. Everything is contracted, and the company employee data files are expansive. For families living and working within the companies they can choose to choose child additions to their contracts allowing them to have children who will be paid for by the corporation until the time that they are eligible for work within the company themselves.
Company Benefits:
Each contract comes with different benefit levels. Basic worker contracts may come with a small place to live close to the place of working along with their pay and basic provisions to live. More advanced benefits come with more advanced contracts, covering healthcare, child providing, better living placements, better luxuries and more with the company insuring their lives and more for their families if they are particularly skilled. Benefits do not come easy but for those who work hard and pull their weight Triarch rewards well.
-National Views of Themselves and Others:
Triarch employees view their company as an excellent corporation to work for typically, and see themselves as neutral marketers able to provide essential services across the galaxy at premium prices. Triarch hates no one, and sees everyone as an equal opportunity buyer, unless they are some ravening horde or aggressive species in which the company will merely look down upon such people and order hostilities if they attempt to interfere with the company.
-Education:
Triarch as a company provides education and pays for children of employees with special benefit contracts (those without such are either given the choice to leave the company to be a family or raise the child with their own payment). Children are educated until they are 20, they are taught broad spectrum topics and compared to some other nations Triarch gives a well rounded, non biased education for its children on the galaxy as a whole, however are still 'nudged' towards working for the company in the long run. After they end their education the person in question may choose one of two paths, to keep on with the company in a delegated role based on their education grades and their aptitudes or to leave and go elsewhere in the galaxy.
-Daily Life:
Daily life for Triarch citizens entirely depends on what class they belong to, but mostly they work from 9-6 every day in their allotted job (again entirely depending on what branch they are from), they are then given the rest as free time to do as they please such as go out drinking or enjoy themselves in the company provided leisure districts. All employees are paid monthly on the dot.
Religious Beliefs:
None. Triarch is a corporation and does not sanction company wide faiths. Its members may believe in what they wish too however open worship and congregation is forbidden.

Homeworld:
Vulkan Is the main capital of Triarch Industries. It is a perpetually gloomy world with a thick atmosphere of pollution due to manufacturing. The planet itself is one giant city, factory and fortress all in one. Massive fortified living spires push up into the clouds while huge mineral processing plans descend hundreds of km into the planet's crust. Everywhere is building upon building, with defensive fortifications and orbital defenses jutting out across the landscape of human settlement and fabrication. Its orbit is also choked with a large orbital ring along with vast amounts of manufacturing platforms and star bases for ships and other materials that can cheaply be produced in ZeroG.
Major Population Centers:
Aegis:
The largest trading system in Triarch space Aegis is a surprisingly uninhabitable system comprising multiple volcanic worlds. However the systems real jewels are the huge orbital space stations and habitats dotted around each specialising in different company products, in essence the entire system is a carefully designed and controlled company showroom. This system is where most will come if they wish to buy something from Triarch.
Vipaga:
As Triarchs largest export is arms manufacturing Vipaga serves as the secondary shipyard to the company only after the huge driveyards in Vulkan itself. While Vulkans yards predominantly manufacture made to order vessels Vipaga constructs huge numbers of ships to be transported to holding docks awaiting purchase. As befitting such a huge operation the Vipaga system is very largely populated and is considered an excellent job and position opportunity in the company.
Artran:
If Aegis is like a company showroom then Artran is like a huge company sponsored Bazar. A highly populated world by nature Artran is actually a large freeport for those to come and trade, the huge well kept cities on its surface are packed with shopping malls, show rooms and back alley dealerships, all which set up shop to gain a placement on one of the galaxies highest shopping places, paying the company a fraction of profits as rent.
Brief History:
Triarch Industries was founded by Triarch Senior in the days of Oscar Vanwitts rule, providing military hardware and weapons to Capitol and its forces wherever possible. Triarch even helped create some of the original materials and engineering segments for the first Cardinals and aided in the construction of their automated self upgrading dockyards. However when the civil war came, Triarch along with many other corporations, chose the wrong side. Triarch backed Dewitt and Capitol like it had always done and for such was defeated by the nascent Union led by the Angels. Hoping to try and grow in the world that followed, Triarch would be faced with its extinction as the Union nationalised all companies under the banned of Takeema, who had backed the Angels in the war. Faced with his company's death the proud Triarch Senior refused, constructing large mobile habitats and taking his company along with its people and resources to the stars. For a good period Triarch Industries would be on the border of Union space, trading and initiating diplomacy with alien species and in time, the Capitol remnants. As the Union expanded, Triarch too then moved on until eventually they came to claim their own territory. While Triarch would go on to have at least cordial relations with the Union, trading and such with them it would be the sending of their successor John Triarch Junior, to Union space to learn that would cement friendship and in time direct assistance in the Draken war. However the company and the Union would never truly reconcile the past, even in Ancerious.
Even when Triarch usurped Halcyon Dynamics in being the largest megacorp in Ancerious they were still looking to grow, and that growth was found in the APP and Capitol. Pledging the company into a near mutually tied contract Triarch benefited enormously from the 2AW war profiteering and grew to massive heights with John at its head, its forces proving to be more than a match for AGA forces during the conflict especially working with the typical synergy found in APP fleets. However Triarchs downfall would mirror the APP, not only did it decline as Capitol did but it was infiltrated from within, used by the Ghosts of the Tradex as a tool to construct elements of their own plans. Fearing his company infiltrated John would discover, too late, that many of his closest confidants had been bought out or manipulated/black mailed into their actions. With Capitol all but defeated and the companies profits dipping into the negatives fast, John was horrified for the board of directors to vote on the companies liquidation.
Triarch Industries as such was liquidated, and John watched as the majority of his company was cannibalized and sold off by Rangvald, the upcoming power on the economic stage. John kept what he could, using all remaining personal funds to buy the Vulkan system and a couple of other major holds along with what assets and personnel he could, but it was not enough. Triarch Industries was no more. But John was determined to make things right.
Important Industry:
Without a doubt, Triarch came to the head thanks to its industrial scale weapons production. Small arms, Infantry equipment, Vehicles, Starships and military hardware are all produced en masse. Triarch makes excellent quality and while not being the cheapest is the best around when it comes to overall price and quality of purchase, as such Triarch arms can be found in almost every corner of the galaxy. While Triarch also dabbles in the civilian consumer markets in regards to civilian spaceships and even fashion clothing it is the arms manufacturing sector which is the company's greatest strength, that and its massive legions of paid bounty hunters.
Diplomatic Doctrine:
Triarch Industries goal is quite simply the pursuit of money, technology and generally strengthening its hold on the galactic market to prevent any rival companies like Rangvald, Halcyon Dynamics and Aerosthal to get the upper hand. It does this by eagerly offering logistics, military or economic contracts to all sorts of nations in order to get a foothold on that nation's economy. Triarch will then try to lobby and push for greater influence on such nations' economics, in order to draw both greater profit but also greater influence.
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Military Doctrine:
Triarch fights unconventional battles wherever it can. Triarch will rarely do frontal assaults or conventional fighting and relies on stealth, subterfuge, confusion and large amounts of ECM and jamming to engage the enemy on the companies own terms. Nearly all Triarch forces can use stealth in some way and ambushing is the best method they use. Triarch forces are highly trained and very well equipped and they are never wasted in simple open warfare, the operators and other forces are typically best used in conjunction with another conventional fighting force for maximum effectiveness such as Capitol as shown in the war, but where APP forces are not available Triarch tends to hire more conventional ground forces and equips them with its own gear while its primary troops do their work. In space however Triarch is the opposite, blunt force and heavy armour is the way to go and Triarch often provides the shield for the APP in space battles, sitting in the line and taking immense fire. Triarch is not as bloodthirsty as other APP forces and will take prisoners, selling them back to the allies for money, rarely do they commit war crimes as it would tarnish their reputation.
Military Branches:
Bounty Hunters: The most expansive and yet least trained of Triarchs forces the bounty hunters are units of individuals who have been paid off to fight for Triarch either to carry out small hit jobs or raids or to actually fight on the battlefield alongside Triarch troops to complement them. Bounty hunters may be Triarch owned or sponsored (equipped with gear and the like) or they could be totally outside the company with a mix match of gear and training, either way Triarch will use them to the best of its ability usually to sow trouble among the enemy, plug gaps and to conduct sabotage.
Conscripted Non Triarch Forces: These forces are the conventional forces that Triarch typically fights alongside. Normally these are APP forces themselves and so do not fall under Triarch control but when not available Triarch can pay large sums to hire ground armies belonging to private paramilitaries, non aligned worlds or other factions to fight under it. These make up the bulk of the conventional forces while the companies own forces attack from their traditional directions. These forces are kept under command of specific Triarch liaisons but are overall commanded by their own paid hierarchies. Triarch pays well for these forces and so there is no shortage of willing providers.
Triarch Operations Division: Triarch Operations Division is the ground forces of Triarch Industries. Equipped with the best technology and weapons the company can afford these troops are trained to high standards and will carry out their orders diligently. Their equipment is far superior than even the same equipment given to sponsored forces, more reliable, custom tailored and more powerful. These forces specialize unconventional warfare and operate more like a scalpel rather than a hammer like normal armies do. These are the true soldiers of Triarch and can be found on the battlefields of the 2nd Ancerious war or guarding important officials as bodyguards. They are frequently hired out to support other factions as well or provide protection to empire officials. They are highly capable and many feel a great deal safer with Triarch forces around to protect them.
Triarch Space Fleet: Triarchs space fleet encompasses both the space naval and aerospace forces available to Triarch Industries. Well trained, well equipped and ready for anything the Triarch fleet has gained much experience during the 2nd Ancerious war and is now counted on being one of the best in the galaxy. Fighting alongside the APP and also hired out by smaller empires the fleets ships are far superior than the cut down models sold off by EXRDC and provide the company with a hammer and shield against its enemies. With the aerospace forces providing precision support where needed special liaison officers coordinate between branches when undertaking missions.
Triarch Special Branch: Triarch Special Branch is a non-public arm of the company's military. Undertaking black operations and internal missions this branch is made up of many smaller aspects, projects and forces that are too numerous to count but only answer to the highest echelons of the companies military or to the CEO and Executive board themselves.

Tech: Average
-Weapons:
Meson Lasers: Just like Union Meson lasers Triarch uses particle accelerators to produce large quantities of mesons which are then decayed into large bursts of photons and radiation, this is then focused into an offensive laser, while having low ROF it more than makes up in sheer power.
Bomb Pumped Lasers: Using thermonuclear bombs the detonation is focused through brief X ray lenses and gamma ray lenses down a large number of apertures for an instant production of high energy lasers. This assembly only lasts for a brief moment before being destroyed but the output can be focused into a single beam or many hundreds. These are used against missiles, munitions and attack craft by Triarch on the tips of missiles.
Stealth Anti-Matter Missiles: The primary anti ship missile weapon used by Triarch their stealth missiles are coated in Radar, IR, UV and optical stealth coating to prevent them being detected and are usually cold launched from ships. These missiles contain very powerful rocket engines capable of brief but intense burns able to ambush targets when left in place. These missiles contain a constantly contained magnetically trapped antimatter capable of detonating with hundreds of MT worth of energy. As such these missiles are kept in safe containment and hardened areas of the ship.
Relativistic Railguns: Unlike Union railguns, Triarch leans towards heavier slower firing munitions. Their railguns are larger, have more power draw and require much more maintenance for barrel replacement, but in return for low ROF the shells are fired to high relativistic speeds capable of doing immense damage to targets.
Neutral Particle Beams: Triarch uses neutron particle beams for their main spinal mounts. These generate large amounts of neutrons which are fired down a contained beam and while not really doing anything visually completely destroy whatever it hits at the molecular level thanks to the high powered neutron radiation. Crew members will suffer rapid onset of radiation poisoning while electronics and mechanical segments will be destroyed, these weapons are used to take ships intact or cause maximum damage possible.
Macro Replicator-Payload Warheads: Mostly used by the Grey Phantom strategic platforms such warheads have been found elsewhere in dire situations, they work by detonating and releasing a von neuman machine swarm onto the opposing ship, planet or object needed. These basic machines will use whatever they can find to replicate more of themselves, and thanks to their size they are not weak like nanites. Protected from the elements and radiation hardened they will survive the vacuum of space, being rapidly energized, heated and cooled. As such they can slowly consume objects, ships and given enough time planetary surfaces.
-Defences:
Trimantium Armour: Triarch armour is created out of a composite layout of diamond plates explosively formed as a strike plate, behind that is a semi flexible matrix of Osmium Boride nanotubes weaved into a carbon nanotube mesh encased in a polymer epoxy. These layers are repeated throughout to create the composite and is also frequently used not just as armour but also as the building material for many of Triarchs mega engineering projects.
Tricaudane Exotic Armour: A much more expensive and exotic version of Trimantium only found on the most unique of Triarch creations including the personalized armors of the Götterdämmerungsorder which is even more potent. In between the layers of diamond and osmium boride is a binding layer of Excodions and Nightstone combined in such a way as to create an almost impervious armour. The only downside to this otherwise insanely expensive armour is that it needs to be actively maintained by not only skilled artificers which helps Triarch in further upkeep contracts but also using an active energy flow.
Gravimetric Shields: All Triarch ships generate large gravity waves which radiate outwards in all directions using small pulses of such to create a set of ridges around the ship which deflect enemy fire. These shields themselves do not stop enemy fire and cannot absorb anything, but each ridge an unguided munition goes over its trajectory is throw off by a fraction, given the pulsed ridges this all builds up deflecting shots off sight for the longer ranged meaning it is ineffective at shorter distances. For guided munitions the ridges make the munition have to compensate burning more fuel and hopefully throwing it off, for lasers the shields have to be overcharged substantially and even then would only marginally work at longer distances. This shield is more a helpful supplement.
Combined Layered Shields: Triarchs main shields are a mix of plasma shields, meson screens, magnetic shields, particulate shields and the gravimetric shield. Together they form a series of overlapping shields which protect against both kinetic and energy weapons. These shields don't get projected all over but only where the shots will hit, saving energy and the generators themselves.
Magnetically Directed Shaped Charge PDW: Along with rapid Gatling weapons and small meson lasers the Triarch PD systems use rapid launched shells which when detonated into molten jets of metal are magnetically directed into
-Power Generation:
Catalyzed Cold Fusion Reactors: Triarchs main power generation is cold fusion reactors using muon catalysts. Muons are many times more dense than electrons and as such bring the atomic nucleus far closer together creating a much more fertile environment for fusion to occur. Thanks to this fusion can occur at much lower temperatures using inertial confinement techniques involving lasers and hydrogen boron fuel.
Tauron Degenerate Super Capacitors: A small ball of degenerate Tauron matter (microsized normal matter) fused and then compressed beyond its electronic repulsion, this ball is extremely magnetic and spins at massive speeds. The ball comes standard with a large amount of electromagnetic and rotational energy however this can be increased or lowered using electromagnets to pump more acceleration in through the ships reactor or using magnets that take rotational energy to use elsewhere. In this regard the entire affair is like an exotic flywheel but if the containment is breached the tauron matter will just punch through the ship effortlessly. These Taurons are harvested using specialized gravity lensing starships which redirect and slow down the particles using multiple FTL jumps and gravity fields in order to redirect them into one of Triarchs harvesting spheres, large moons with billions of gravity channels, the Taurons are lined up with the channels and sent in, there to slow down gradually over months using gravity fields. Once to low enough speeds they can finally be captured fully and harvested for the capacitors.
-Propulsion:
Fusion Torch: Using directed plasma taken from the Cold fusion reactors and mixed with solid fuels to produce large amounts of thrust. However the downside to this is due to the nature of Cold fusion the plasma used for the drive is much less energetic than standard hot fusion meaning that Triarch vessels are on average a lot slower than their counterparts.
Slipspace Drive: Using Ancerium as negative mass fuel the Slipspace drive opens a hold in the fabric of spacetime and allows the ship to enter Slipspace, a dimension where space is much more compact allowing the ship to traverse greater distances faster than in realspace.
-Computation:
Gravimetric Stealth: Triarch vessels use active gravimetric stealth, this system covers any gravity waves of indent the ship creates by throwing out tiny gravity waves like pulses which disrupt any accurate gravity sensors from detecting where precisely the vessel is. This loud stealth is directly tied to the ships gravity shields which are in effect the same system which gives multi uses.
Dimensional Stealth: Using Ancerium fuel the ship can phase out of reality into some other dimension only leaving behind a small reality anchor. In this state it is all but undetectable to conventional sensors and even difficult to detect by FTL sensors. This is only found on Grey Phantom class ships and other black projects.
Quantum Jamming: Triarch uses quantum jamming to disrupt and break the entangled particles of enemy Q Com systems, they do this by generating small gravity waves which disrupt the particle entanglement. Thanks to the ship's gravity shields they can also function as quantum jammers as well as active gravimetric stealth.
Advanced Sensor Packages: Triarch uses a wide variety of sensors including optical telescopes, LIDAR, Radar, IR, UV, Gamma, Gravitic and FTL Tachyon sensors, these cover a huge array of spectrums including FTL detection.
Quantum Computers + Coms: Triarch uses advanced quantum computers, sentient and non sentient AI and also Q coms using entangled particles (hardened against gravity wave disturbances).
-Civilian:
Cloning: Triarch Inc. has had a strange relationship with cloning technologies, originally used by just John himself to keep bodies available for mind transfer to avoid aging Triarch has broadened its horizons with cloning and has its technology mostly procured by Nishibashi. Triarch as such supports Nishiabashi in the production of domestic clones and also does custom orders for clone soldiers and the like for defense contracts.
Genetic Manipulation: Again mostly given over to Nishibashi given their massive market for bio technology Triarch does do custom orders for soldier gene manipulation or for bio weapons which customers may wish for. These are quite rare however and come in all types from viruses to genetically engineered bio monstrosities.
Psionic Nulls: Triarchs psionic null technology was a highly prized grab for Rangvald and as such found itself sold to a great deal of buyers including Rangvalds own companies. Still Triarchs Null tech, having been studied for some time and in conjunction with others, took great strides into the creation of living Nulls, individuals who can counter psionics with their anti mandalas. Triarch still retains this technology especially in use of its Onyx Anathema soldiers for specific battlefields and is willing to create nulls for a price.
Psionic Dampening Fields: Far cheaper than creating biological nulls or augmenting existing people to be nulls the psionic dampening fields act like an artificial anti Mandala and can be used to protect a small or larger area depending on the size of the device. While these can be overwhelmed by extreme psionic power flow the dampening fields provide basic defense against those who can tap into the psion field.

______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
