Fleet Carrier
The humble Fleet Carrier. Several dozen kilometres in size and capable of carrying hundreds of ships that make up the fleet it carries with the added capability of being able to build more ships. Despite its vast size, it isn't a combat-capable vessel. As an added note for it to be able to build all the ships, it can build it houses millions of people aboard through the cunning use of cryogenic stasis chambers. If this ship is destroyed the Fleet itself is ultimately destroyed.
Arguably the oldest vessel still in service in Her service this is due to the fact that the Fleet Carrier is, by no exaggeration, a refit of the classic Generation Ship. The Generation Ship was used in the Age of Stellar Expansion when Her People finally started colonizing planets outside their home system. This was far before the discovery of superluminal drives and that was considered to be a dream. Carrying millions of souls aboard who lived and died on it throughout their journey they were understandably vast. The vessel itself used an electromagnetic funnel to continue powering itself and refuelling its nuclear pulse and inertial confinement fusion drive.
The change from Generation Ship to Fleet Carrier was a gradual one that saw it moving into a more military capacity during the First Contact War. A long conflict that started with a police action conducted by Vonn Neuman Probes dismantling stellar logistics platforms and destroying possible threats to the constructions of their original creators. With this change it was no longer crewed by plucky future colonialists but instead by Imperial Naval Personnel with their own needs and the first change was the addition of a shipyard to construct more ships. The next addition was the increase of crew capacity through the use of cryogenic stasis pods to man those ships instead of having to train every single seaman in everything while waiting generations to go towards the front.
The last iteration was with the installation of the FTL Drive and due to its spacious interior, the installation was not problematic in any sense. With Qora's continued lack of ability to sustain itself over the vast amount of space it conquered in the First Contact War the Fleet Carrier has yet to be considered obsolete, despite being a design that's more than two millennia old, but continually gains small incremental upgrades to its hull overtime and bringing to you the modern Fleet Carrier you have invading your galaxy.
