Government:
-Government Type:
Technocracy
-How it is Run:
The Daedalus Council is currently run by three Councilors, Vanessa Terri, Manfred Fischer and Malokov Volynski. This arrangement is a temporary solution until an established government can be attained. When coming up to a choice to make for the Council, the three Councilors gather together to discuss the topic, and the subject can be passed with a 2/3rds vote. Carnaith operates the civilian sector, Fischer operates what is available for the military and Volynski helps to oversee the judicial sector. Councilors can operate as diplomats to other nations, and can call upon the other two to agree to any diplomatic agreements.
-Main Ruler/s:
Vanessa Terri
Vanessa Terri was at one time a student under Jonathan Saber, and had to endure his scathing hatred of her, through manipulation of her scores, or outright discarding her work to ensure her grades stayed dangerously low. She endured this for some time, struggling exceptionally hard to simply stay in the Imperial Academy, and when it came to the final exam, she had barely passed, though this score did not bode well for her career. She had been assigned to a mining fleet, two years of service took it's toll, but she did this with stride, knowing at some point, the Imperial Space Force would come for her, and they did.
Her Military Career started under a new Admiral, Admiral Norwich, whom specialized in flanking tactics, and with Terri in command of an Escort, she set to work impressing her superiors to try and get command of larger ships, and with her exemplary service, was eventually assigned a Cruiser which would come to be known as the 'Hana', consistently surprising her commanders with her drive and determination. Though when the Third Galactic War laxed, Saber re-assigned her to exploration duty, but with the opening of the Warlock Wormhole provided a new opportunity, and even though Saber tried to pin her down to exploration, a First Contact with Zypher proved to the other Admirals that she was one Admiral that they desperately needed.
Terri is likely the best diplomat the Dectrose have, and time and time again, has proven that she can easily take the heat, both in battle and on the diplomacy table. Though with her previous events marred by chaos or attempts on her life, the ATAF always stands by her. She has great compassion for other races, so much so that she has fallen for an Annointed Defector named Gavin, and while her history is scarred, she always has a cup of coffee nearby to calm her down. Though this simple luxury was not able to stop the plethora of nations upset at the Dectrose's actions, and in secret, contacted fellow xenophiles to organize a way to break off from the Dectrose Stratocracy, and has successfully done so. Forming the new Daedalus Council centered around DRI.
Manfred Fischer
Manfred Fischer is more of morally correct person, most times. He believes in fighting for a greater good, and though his role in the war between the Meralis and Dectrose wasn't exactly prime for his beliefs, he found a new reason to fight for what he thought was just when he had been assigned as the overall leader of the Dectrose Empire in the Ancerious Galaxy, and he wondered what exactly this position, and this galaxy held for him. Though his attempts where cut down by a Nightstalker Assassination, his revival brought him towards a more serious side, and his focus is now more on the Dectrose, and how to clean their reputation up.
While most other Dectrose are morally conflicted, Fischer still holds on to some semblance of good. Though this sometimes conflicts with the interests of the Empire, so Fischer is walking an ever-thinning line, rushing in to be the hero and save the day. Though he is usually the voice of reason on the Admiralty Board, and still seeks to have the Dectrose live in a period of peace. Eventually though, the Empire had burned too many bridges and faced an impossible war that they had no hope of winning, so he, Terri and Volynski broke away and formed the Daedalus Council, focused more fully on scientific advancement without the need for Imperial oversight.
Malokov Volynski
While new to the prospect of operating a nation, Volynski was still an important factor in diplomatically securing the Council's legitimacy. While he is an excellent commander for his men, Volynski is more emotionally driven than the other Dectrothians, showing more nervousness and curiosity than his fellow officers. Though through that, he is also an excellent diplomatic figure, and is likely going to be influencial for some time to come.
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Culture:
Much of their culture is based around the Dectrose Empire's, and there is not much of a reason to deviate from such. The culture of the Dectrose Empire is mostly focused on military assets, a willingness to take in exterior influences to add to their own tastes, and a utilitarian attitude for architecture and other aspects of their lives. Many of the people in the Daedalus Council are Xenophiliac, and enjoy the company of other races, and though the military history of the Dectrose are strong, the Council would rather focus on scientific advancement.
-Class System:
Upper Class includes wealthy individuals, CEOs and DRI Administrators, Middle Class includes military personnel, veterans and Working Class, Lower Class includes Criminals and Dishonorably Discharged Military Personnel.

The Daedalus Council are made of former Dectrose Stratocracy citizens, but have left due to the strain caused by the xenophobic individuals, so the Council are xenophilic, and look for ways to improve not only their lives and their knowledge, but seek to share it with the galaxy.
-Education:
The Daedalus Council provides free education from childhood to adulthood, and should the student wish to join the military, the Council will also pay for their time at the Military College. There exists private schools, colleges and other schools of learning for skills required for labor or other work.
-Daily Life:
Daily life varies for the majority of the Daedalus citizens, though the Network and news services provide news and information throughout the day, as well, RAVD nodes help to personalize the information given to the people, depending on location and preferences. Most citizens own private transport, and own a home.

History:
After the cyberterrorism attack of Uproth, Vanessa Terri and Manfred Fischer saw that the Dectrose where going down a path of no return, and with 2AW coming to an end in the ally's favor, the Dectrose would likely become a new target with the overall dislike of their nation ripe in the galaxy. So, to ensure the future of the Dectrothian people, Terri and Fischer set on a goal to gather as many allies as possible within the ranks of the Dectrose Stratocracy, and leave to form a new nation. With war on the doorstep of the Stratocracy, they put their plan into action.
The members of this group fled to Hibachi, the name for the system that the Dectrose had previously taken early in their time in this galaxy. The Axiomatic facility was repurposed to house the DRI Cell that was placed there to study Axiomatic design, as well as to try and unlock further secrets. They then met with Carnaith to discuss surrender terms and agreed to become a satellite state temporarily to Carnaith, giving them DRI's powerhouse of research and operational authority over civilian matters. The Daedalus Council seek to serve under Carnaith until that time they are free to rebuild what was lost, and forge a new beginning for the Dectrothians.
